Chipotle Mexican Grill

Extremely slow people, waited more than 20 minutes for a pick up order when I already arrived

The food tasted good, but they gave us old rice which was hard and made me unsatisfied at the end. This place usually makes my bowls fine but they need to keep refreshing the rice more often and stop giving people old dried rice. I love chipotle but this one experience made me quite annoyed and had to reach out.

Very poor experience was there 1.5 hr before closing they had no chicken al pastor no beans very sluggish seevice by employee very poor portion sizes no guacamole and food isnt even fresh would not recommend this outlet to anyone

I ordered a veggie bowl, in person, in the early evening of 2/10/26. Later that night I was violently vomiting and had diarrhea. Four days later I am still dealing with some of the symptoms and unable to eat my normal diet. It'll be a very long time before I eat Chipotle again!

I usually love the food here and have never had an issue before, but this time the bowl was way too salty and overwhelmed the flavor (the new high protein bowl). That’s not what I’m used to from this place, since the food is normally really good. I’m hoping this was just a one-time mistake and not the usual standard.

When I got there it was 11:35am and it was not open when it shows it opens at 10:45am. Finally after seeing me waiting they came and open door. I asked do you open at 10:45am she said yes I said it’s almost an hour after that time. She said sorry like it’s nothing. Your a large company don’t put a time of opening and not open when you had plenty of staff. Annoyed 😒

No chicken. Said it would be 15 minutes. My gf ordered carne asada in front of me and when I was asked, I said “same.” The language barrier (employee didn’t speak english) resulted in her giving me the steak, which looked awful. I then wanted corn, and they gave me a minuscule scoop. Instead of going to get more when I asked for more corn, he gave me about 3 more kernels. The corn is my favorite part about Chipotle. They were also out of Barbacoa. Chipotle is chipotle but this was weirdly egregious.

Update: This Tuesday, I went in for my usual burrito bowl and found hear the length of my arm, almost. The worse part is I was already home and it was late at night.. OMG it was too gross. I couldn't eat more. I don't think I'll ever visit this location again. I was a reg here at least weekly, service hasn't gotten any better its on a steady decline. The last few times I've gone they're always out of something essential, steak, RICE, guac. Kinda sad. I used to love chipotle at this location.

Prices have gone up very sneakily. Used to spend 30 for two entrees with 4 chips now… 52$ same order

Why does it say absolutely EVERYWHERE that is is open until 11 and as soon as we order our food the “manager” claims they are open until 10 and do not let us even get forks. I do not understand why they would wait until AFTER we got our food to tell us we “couldn’t” eat there.

I have to give a huge shoutout to this Chipotle location because they absolutely nail it every single time I’m there. Even when the line is literally out the door, the staff stays so kind, patient, and incredibly efficient. You can tell they care about delivering great service—they move quickly without making anyone feel rushed, and they’re always so considerate with every order.

Ramz is an amazing worker! He was friendly and helping me with my order. This is one of the best chipotle locations I’ve been to. I am a regular chipotle customer. I would recommend

This was the most disgusting bow of food I’ve ever had, I had it delivered so I didn’t see how it was prepared. But if this is how they prepare food when you’re not there I don’t think I be going to chipotle ever again.
