Disappointed with the service from Jolianys

Unfortunately, my experience at this Chipotle was extremely frustrating due to an employee named Jolianys. I ordered a bowl with beef, but it was unavailable at the time. I was told it would be ready in 10–15 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes. When I finally asked for the beef, Jolianys refused to give it to me, saying she was busy cutting the meat. I had to wait another 20 minutes, and when she finally gave me the beef, she demanded that I pay for it again, even though I had already paid for the bowl with beef in my original order. She ignored my explanation, and I was forced to pay again.

By the time I finally got my food, it was cold, and my experience was completely ruined. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management takes action to improve their service quality.

The most disgusting thing I ever witnessed at a restaurant happened here. The young girl that was making our food was sweating, and I watched sweat drip from her nose and land in the bowl of food she was making. It was so disgusting, this place needs to be shut down by the health department!!!!

I'm 40 years old and this was my 1st time going to Chipotle. I finally understand what the hype is all about. The ingredients are so fresh. The food was just good. I will be back.

Cheap on meat, boil fajitas instead of grill, old tomato, tasteless chicken, ridiculous small portion. We are not paying for kids meal. Serve adult portion.

I usually enjoy this chipotle. I always go in to order, food and service are typically good and pleasant.

Last night I ordered the black tea. When I got home to drink it, it tasted a little different than usual and I found it had a BB Date of 10/29/24 & it's 12/27/24 today. So I dumped the rest.

I went back in today to get a new one and they gave me another that's BB date was 11/01/24. So I asked for a refund on my gift card and they said no can do and offered another. I accepted, it still had the same date though so I just cut my losses and left.

Should be fresh tea because it's almost $5 if I remember correctly and I feel like the point in paying for something is to have it when it's at its best.

I'll change this review or delete it later. Just want to put it out there since they didn't seem concerned with my issue and likely assumed I was just trying to bum a free tea. Not going back to this one for a while.

Spent 30 minutes on the line and then it’s my turn and I see that they moved the black beans to the take out side and I get told they are out of black beans and when I tell them I literally just saw them that they put them there they shrugged their shoulders. I always have bad experiences at this location but this was the last . I recommend the Sandlake location 😂

I had made an online order and it stated it’s ready. Once I came in a lady said she is making it but yet I still haven’t received my order. Seems like they have a couple online orders ready but mines wasn’t done. Unprofessional & not helpful.

Went in with my daughter & I frequent this area & chipotle often living here I have notice there aren’t a lot of other ethnic here . & it’s never bothered me before .But to come in today and see the different in service towards me was disheartening. @130 I came in the young lady was cheerful to everyone before for me & even after I asked for vinaigrette to go with my meal & because I asked her for extra meat she didn’t slide it down the line mind you the woman before me order the same thing and received more meat with out charge I had no issue with paying so I told her to put more on . When I returned to get the vinaigrette she sat it down and turned away disgusting. I will say management was truly cheerful & also kind hearted because of the line behind me . I chose to not have a conversation but I never write reviews but I hope this will help someone in the future we are from the same island and are all human my looks should never detour my service.

I will not return to this place, it is incredible how few portions they provide for a meal, and here I leave the photos and other than that it is not economical. I don't recommend it. I would have gone to Bravo or other restaurants and it wouldn't have been so bad.
