4/5/24 - This is by far the BEST chipotle in Orlando. Brandon once again greeted me with a smile. He is always attentive at making sure each one of his customers concerns are being addressed. Today, Alex made our bowls in the online order section. I mentioned to her the severe gluten and dairy allergy. She washed her hands, changed gloves, and made sure there was no cross contamination when each of the bowls were made. Alex was patient, kind, and prepared the meals with a smile. Emmanuel placed the 4 bowls into a bag and wished for me to have a pleasant day also with a smile. I can't thank Brandon, Alex, and Emmanuel enough for once again, a clean, professional, and enjoyable Chipotle experience. Hope you all have a magnificent and blessed day!

The quality at this Chipotle location has been consistently declining for the past few years. On March 15th, they ran out of both black and pinto beans. After revisiting yesturday (4 days later) , they had ran out of chicken and steak for the entire day.On a good day though in which the full menu is available, the quality is still nowhere near the same as it used to be; the beans are watery, the rice is overcooked, the meats are overcooked/underseasoned. Absolutely trying not to sound like an uptight food critic, but if we are paying $11-14 for a dish now, it should be good.

Apparently they "close down tables" two hours before closing and making people like my girlfriend and I move over to dirty tables while we're eating. Good food, trash service.

It's the second time it's happened to me! I try to add my free guacamole reward for my birthday to the online order and it doesn't process it! I went down to ask for it to be processed at the checkout and the service was terrible. He told me that it had already been used and there was nothing he could do! I'm not even looking for a solution! how terrible !

Don’t go to Chipotle that often as you know as a whole they increased their prices. I can make the same items at home for less. I like that the food freshness is always the same regardless of what time you come to purchase it at this location. I also never understood why some locations charge more for the same menu items like if you go to the loop.
It’s so nasty I saw blood on floor in the bathroom garbage full wasn’t even that busy very unprofessional if you love stomach don’t eat there very NASTY!!!!?

This is the absolute worse location in the area. It’s always something with them. No chicken, no fajitas, no vinaigrette. Just close at this point. Then the staff get mad that you don’t want the food after you’re missing half of the ingredients. The bowls are small and the staff is rude. Not to mention they barely speak English. The hiring manager should be fired for putting people on the line to work that’s always playing around. Put a sign up saying y’all are out of certain stuff and stop wasting people’s time.
