This location is using so much cilantro it's like having lettuce. The meats are served ice cold. Portions aren't very big.

I’m not typically one to leave a review, but unfortunately, when I was eating my food halfway through I found a giant piece of plastic off the corner of a bag in my food while I was chewing my bite and took it out of my mouth immediately I’m going to go ahead and guess it was maybe the bag the sour cream is in and it just got snipped off into the batch but I guess they just gotta try to be more careful next time. :(

I have had bad experiences before but gave them another try. Asked for honey chicken and he scraped burnt pieces from bottom of pan and added some regular chicken on top. Didn’t tell me they’re out or give me a choice of something else. This location should be closed down. They are discusting and food not testing like other locations. Bern’s are watered down and rice burnt crispy. I will never go back to this location again.

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had
This Chipotle location has to be one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I counted over 8 employees just in the front, yet not one seemed to know what they were doing — or even acknowledge the customers. I had to repeat my order to three different people, only to get to the end of the line and find that it still wasn’t complete.
To make matters worse, when it was finally time to pay, the cashier disappeared. I could clearly see him walking around, doing nothing urgent, while we stood there waiting over 20 minutes just to pay. When he finally returned, he asked me what was in each plate — because he had no idea what had been prepared.
The entire process was slow, disorganized, and frustrating. No one seemed trained, and no one cared. Avoid this location if you value your time and sanity.

I hate it. I went there expecting to fulfill my stomach with some amazing chipotle bowl but what do I get? A worker that does not even want to work there. Don’t get me wrong I love the food, but the service was so bad that it legit upset me.
When my turn came, I asked for my usual chicken bawl, and of course there was no rice. And he did indeed put a tiny portion of it, next thing was the chicken that I order, I was feeling fancy and I ordered the NEW honey chicken, I was greeted with 3 pieces of chicken, so I decided to go for double this time because I was feeling hungry, and nonetheless, I indeed asked for double with veggies, corn, sour cream, and cheese. When I went to pay, I was slammed with a whopping $19, AND I have not ordered anything else, no drink no chips no guacamole, nothing. AND not to mention, I did not get any receipt.
Thank you for understanding, I hope this gets reviewed because my experience was utterly terrible.
