If you want spicy, they got it. The burritos are huge, enough for two people. I prefer the burrito bowl. Makes for great leftover salads. Some days the meats can be dried out and other days it's perfect. But still a good deal for the price.

Had my worst experience at a restaurant about 2 weeks ago. Online orders were backed up for more than 30 minutes. Regular line was open but you were not able to get your order now through the regular line because of the online order (which was made thinking you’d get it faster). People started to get angry, manager came back from her office and did nothing to fix this, just rolled her eyes and threaten to call the police and hid again in her office when she was not able to handle the questions of her clients. Horrible situation, totally unprofessional and just to add to this, they are always out of ingredients. Service is the worst.

This was our first visit to Chipotle but not the last! the service was exceptional and friendly!! clean but feels like eating in a clean warehouse! however, we had a good time talking with those working behind the counter!! and beyond that we got generous portions of really good Barbacoa beef bowl with lots of salsa chips with more salsa! can't beat it!! 1 delicious meal for 2 around $15 so 2 thumbs up!👍👍 thank you guys!
Food is usually fresh and well cooked. My only problem is the portions, specifically double meat. I can see you skimping out on me. When I say double meat I want double meat. I'm not paying $16+ dollars for a bowl of rice, stuffed with veggies only to have a little chicken/steak. Other locations tend to be better with portions but results vary. Not returning.

Worst Chipotle there is, they never give a decent portion of protein, if you want a regular portion comparable to any other location, might as well order triple protein

The food is good and it’s always busy, which is a good sign. However, they really need to train their staff better on gluten-free options and cross-contamination. Even though they do have gluten-free choices, it seems like the staff aren’t aware of cross-contamination risks. For example, they’ve used the same spoon that touched wheat tortillas to serve ingredients into gluten-free bowls that were specifically ordered for allergies or celiac needs. The atmosphere is like any other Chipotle, and the food itself is tasty. But they definitely need better training for their team on this issue.

We placed an order online. We arrived to pick it up at the drive-thru and it wasn't ready. We had to wait for it to be prepared. When we got home, the burrito was extremely small. I'm so disappointed because I've always ordered them and they're a good size, not this small.
Chipotle offers the same service, food, and atmosphere at each location.
