its been years since I had chipotle because i had bad experiences at ALL the locations in Orlando including this one. today i was craving a steak burrito bowl so i went. i learned to always sample the rice because they have a problem with undercooking the rice. Many times myeal was ruined by it. Today the rice was good and my food was pretty good. what ever they did today should be the minimum standard.

Horrible service, ordered from here and the delivery never showed up, I tried to resolve that about an hour before the store close through their app, and it took 3 different agents to just get my money back, I had to email them proof that the Dasher stole the food. I ended up not having dinner, I tried not to order and cook at home but I had a really busy work night.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. We waited over 15 minutes at the counter to place our order while three employees walked past us without acknowledging or helping. When we finally started ordering, we noticed the rice was undercooked and asked if they had another batch. They initially said no, but when we asked to sample it, they suddenly opened a fresh container that had been sitting right there the whole time.
The staff member seemed annoyed by our request and gave us noticeably smaller portions of protein compared to the customers behind us. When we asked for equal portions, our request was denied. We asked to cancel the order due to the poor service, and they responded by saying it was “better that way for all,” which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
This experience felt disrespectful and unfair from start to finish. I will not be returning to this messy and poorly managed restaurant.

I am vegetarian and asked for veggie bowl, they add all ingredients really less, when asked to add more they says its extra charger for having more, 9.75$ not worth the price.
