The rice is salty and not cooked, it’s hard the workers don’t care and have attitudes. The server scraps old hard rice on top of fresh under cook rice. The serving is not a spoon full. Workers in the kitchen busy talking and yelling across the kitchen so unprofessional. Don’t bother to waste your money like I did.

Standard chipotle slop bowl. Nothing out of the ordinary everything is how you expect it to be. Parking lot is a bit weird though.
If you get guac and beans they're going to put as little meat and rice as possible and load it with guac and beans.

I have been coming to this location for years but this last time will be my last. I was over charged on something that I get all the time and when I brought it to the attention of one of the employees he basically said “oh well” that’s the price and I said well I just got this same order 4 days ago and it was cheaper , he shrugged his shoulders and just stared at me. I asked for a manager and low and behold he was the manager. I’m assuming that a manger (Nick) is supposed to lead by example. That was a very poor example to lead by. On the other hand another manager Ronel came over and refunded my money per my request and gave me all the info to call cooperate. All the while if u look at the cameras im trying to show nick how much I paid in the past but he didn’t care. I’m leaving this review but will also be calling cooperate because as a loyal customer I should have been given respect as I was giving him. I will be taking my business to another chipotle from here on in.

Always go to Chipotle and never have been charged for extra rice. When we asked when they started charging for extra rice, Hector said they have to charge “sometimes”. He was not friendly and quite rude. 0/10 if I could. Go to a different Chipotle.

I have been here a few times and it’s usually pretty good but I had a pretty bad experience with the employees this time. The store was not busy, however there was only one employee working to go mobile orders. Although there was no other customers in line the other employees did not help the single employee working on the to go orders and the bags were sitting in the back counter while the to go employee was working on other orders. In other words food was going cold while certain employees were just sitting around doing other things when they could just help seeing that they were multiple to go customers waiting.

The store was out of four key ingredients for the bowl that I wanted, The entire staff seemed like they didn’t care about anything and were a bit pushy.
The associate’s we’re nice and restaurant was clean. Everyone kept telling me about the new carne asada. So I went in and ordered the quesadilla which was more like a crunch wrap. The meat was supposed to be tender and flavorful. The meat was tougher than leather and had no flavor. They offered me three sides. The black beans were black beans. Not good and not bad. The white rice I chose was decent. The last but not least pico was the highlight of the meal. I also ordered a side of white queso that was absolutely terrible. With all the other wonderful restaurants in the area. I’ll definitely not be returning to this location.

The team work I watched tonight from the chipotle staff was awesome. Watching team members come from to go and the back to help the line move was so effective and the employees seemed to have a sense of urgency without presenting annoyed about it. Working in the restaurant industry I acknowledge how important a good team is and thought it was refreshing to see it here. Always happy to come to this location for reasons like this and the great food!

Massively overpriced and the food is ok at best. If you dont mind paying sit-down restaurant prices for a very small portioned and minimal venue then you may not mind Chipolte but I won't go again.
