They have few employees at night which causes them to be overloaded and unable to quickly attend to the number of orders. Instead of saving on jobs budget to earn more, they should have more people who can deliver more.

I went in during a slow time and immediately I was ignored when I walked up to order. Then the young man behind the counter didn't greet me, scratched himself with a glove on, then proceeded to serve me with that same glove. Then a woman who was very impatient and rude took the rest of my order because the first guy walked away? And she gave me half the normal portions because they were low. It was all around a disappointing experience and I was a little grossed out.

I have eaten at probably 40+ Chipotle's and this is the worst one ever. I will never return to it. I ordered a bowl and asked for salsa on it and on the side. They said I would be charged for the side. The employee was completely rude and incompetent. I asked to speak to the manager and he said a second scoop of anything is charged extra. The manager was horribly rude and has an "I don't care" attitude. So, why was I not charged when I asked for extra beans and extra rice? This is unquestionably the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I eat Chipotle 2-3 times per week. Also, the store is dirty. The tables are not cleaned and the bathroom smells like sewage. Better get this Chipotle's act together.

Jordan and Eric were amazing and gave me an incredible bowl that was the best I’ve had from chipotle in a long time. The reason why I gave it a 2 star was because the short girl with the twists at the front had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service EVER. I mean repulsive behavior. She was yelling at a group of people when we walked in, which I assumed she knew them but towards the end of their altercation I realised she didn’t and was talking rudely to other customers. It was 10:20 tonight and she was yelling at us as we were paying that at 10:59 we were to be out as the floors will be soapy. My brother asked for a drink cup and she snapped back at him “NO” then THREW the cup at him!!!! One of the staff proceeded to tell her to stop her attitude to which she yelled “I treat all these people like this what do you mean?!”. We felt too uncomfortable to sit inside with her yelling snark remarks so we chose to sit outside. She then came out while we were eating and folded a chair in which she told us “when y’all are done out here you better fold up these chairs and put them against the wall, I’m not joking” and then walked off to which I replied “sorry? That’s not our responsibility.” And she said VERY RUDELY “I am so serious I’m not playing with you”. This girl has a seriously horrible attitude problem. I cannot believe she works here doing a customer service job when she blatantly goes out of her way to treat PAYING customers with disrespect. The others were amazing but she is a massive problem and the fact that management still has her on staff is beyond me.
placed an online order at 7:15, to be picked up at 7:40, to receive this after waiting till 8 after being told no refund could be issued in store. this is just disrespectful. the beans could be found THROUGH the rice. the meal was completely inedible. support barely refunded me the item back.

Great people working however the time of business hrs is wrong. Google app says closes at 11p and even at their door says it closes at 11p however I walked in at 945p and they were already cleaning up for closing. I asked what time they closed and I was told that they closed at 10p.

This Chipotle always makes me sick these days. Made both my wife and me so sick last night. The photos show the massive amount of leftovers I'm throwing away! Terrible. I don't know what they're contaminating their food with here.. but it's gotta be bad.

Very bad service, every time I have gone to that Chipotle I have had a very bad experience due to the bad service and the bad attitude provided by the employees. We arrived first and they didn't finish serving us after 10 minutes in line... what a pain, I love Chipotle but this one (on the corner of Semoran and Michigan) is the only one where I have had a bad experience, with the others everything is very good!!!
