LET ME GIVE YOU AN HONEST REVIEW!! I tried this location the first time and my food was literally PURE SALT!! It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. So I gave them a benefit of doubt thinking maybe it’s just the wrong day , went there again today and nothing changed it’s still as salty as the last time. If you love having your food cooked in 100% sodium then this is the best location for you !! Never again
I ordered 4 bowls and chips/queso to take home to family and $63 later we ended up with salty food. At first I thought it was the guac, but it was the chicken as well (that we were able to point out). Although the portions were good, we couldn't even eat what we had

I went to this Chipotle around 1:40 PM on September 16, 2025, and had one of the worst experiences ever. The lady who served us looked visibly upset, was not friendly, and only gave a fake smile when I asked her to be a little more pleasant. The food itself looked old, and the guacamole was black and appeared mouldy. When we asked for it to be removed and replaced with something fresh, they refused and told us, “This is the way it is.”
When I asked to speak with a manager, no one came, and the employees just stood there stunned when I asked if they would eat the same food they were serving. It was honestly embarrassing how little they cared about the quality.
This place is serving food that looks spoiled and unsafe. The health department needs to take a serious look at this location because no customers should have to deal with food in such poor condition or such unprofessional service.

I always order from this location but past few weeks, their service has been sloppy. Need some improvement on packing the burrito. Other than that no complaints.

The women working the line had the most disgusting attitude. She seemed annoyed by us walking in and rolled her eyes at the simplest request to get cilantro on the bowl and just said flat out no. The manager behind her said it was definitely doable and had to apologize for her attitude. Hope she has a better day and others don’t have to experience her like we did.

Worse chipotle I’ve ever been to the attitude of the male cashier today was completely rude. I told the lady the lettuce on the line was bad wilted easily visible the lady got other lettuce and served me she was super nice. Then the guy poured the bad lettuce on top of the good one with his hands even after the lady looked at it and said yes sorry. To add that guy had taken cash and used the same gloves to touch the lettuce and also touch the computer like that’s nasty. Food safety should be number one to this company after all the scandals this company has suffered. Discarded my food didn’t even feel safe eating it obviously hand washing is nothing to you guys. My aunts a state inspector and she even stated that would have been a violation
KJ, Dave, and Ali are rock stars!!! It was close to closing the line was out the door and they were all so pleasent and kind to everyone in line. They worked so well together and were cleaning and filling up as they were working. KJ also made sure to put hot water under the rice to keep it warm. Three young amazing hard working people kept smiles on their faces the whole time. They all deserve a raise

Staff has no sense of urgency. Line is always almost out the door because of how slow they move. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and the rice is always crunchy and undercooked. Very poor management

This is easily the worst location i’ve ever been to on the entire east coast. Every other location in jacksonville has never given problems.
This was my first time back to this location in abt 6 months because of the terrible attitudes and nothing has changed.
Me and my fiancé asked the gentleman about cutting a burrito in half & he explained they can’t for health concerns. we decided to get a bowl & split it which was perfectly fine. He seemed to be new but was very polite & accommodating. As he’s scooping the rice & beans the only girl working snatched the spoon OUT of his hand and made us repeat what we asked for to finish the bowl.
The only reason we came in was to try the new Honey Chicken & she shook the chicken so much off of the portion spoon we had about half of a regular portion. We asked about the portion size & she told us we could pay for double chicken to make it a whole portion. So we said that’s ok no worries, moving on to the toppings.
We asked for extra corn , everything else regular portion. Not only did she give us a GIANT portion of sour cream but she took her time to walk to the online order area, slap a HUGE extra spoon of sour cream, came back & continued cutting us off everytime we tried to ask for something else.
EXTREMELY RUDE and for no reason. We ended up taking time by the drink station to scoop sour cream off of our bowl before leaving …. My fiancé asked for a side of shredded cheese since we had to scoop most of it off with the sour cream & a side of the new chipotle ranch. She practically YELLED that it would be .75 without saying another word and charging him for it.
In reality I should have had her remake the whole bowl as we can not even eat it with the amount of sour cream she slapped on, but we felt as if we couldn’t get a word out because of her attitude.
I would give 0 stars if possible.
I’m fed up with coming to this location as it’s the closest to my home, but i’ll make the drive to towncenter from now on.
