This is easily the worst location i’ve ever been to on the entire east coast. Every other location in jacksonville has never given problems.
This was my first time back to this location in abt 6 months because of the terrible attitudes and nothing has changed.
Me and my fiancé asked the gentleman about cutting a burrito in half & he explained they can’t for health concerns. we decided to get a bowl & split it which was perfectly fine. He seemed to be new but was very polite & accommodating. As he’s scooping the rice & beans the only girl working snatched the spoon OUT of his hand and made us repeat what we asked for to finish the bowl.
The only reason we came in was to try the new Honey Chicken & she shook the chicken so much off of the portion spoon we had about half of a regular portion. We asked about the portion size & she told us we could pay for double chicken to make it a whole portion. So we said that’s ok no worries, moving on to the toppings.
We asked for extra corn , everything else regular portion. Not only did she give us a GIANT portion of sour cream but she took her time to walk to the online order area, slap a HUGE extra spoon of sour cream, came back & continued cutting us off everytime we tried to ask for something else.
EXTREMELY RUDE and for no reason. We ended up taking time by the drink station to scoop sour cream off of our bowl before leaving …. My fiancé asked for a side of shredded cheese since we had to scoop most of it off with the sour cream & a side of the new chipotle ranch. She practically YELLED that it would be .75 without saying another word and charging him for it.
In reality I should have had her remake the whole bowl as we can not even eat it with the amount of sour cream she slapped on, but we felt as if we couldn’t get a word out because of her attitude.
I would give 0 stars if possible.
I’m fed up with coming to this location as it’s the closest to my home, but i’ll make the drive to towncenter from now on.

First impression when we walked in the whole floor is disgusting with food everywhere. The tables were also dirty. The restaurant was so dirty we decided to take the food home.

I know every Chipotle is different, but what shouldn't be different is the service. The cashier had a horrible attitude, especially when we asked her to give us vinaigrette for the salad and napkins (how is that a place like this runs out of napkins?). Not to mention they are charging $2.75 for a scoop of guac! Not a good experience

The food was very good.
The service was slow.
There was no guacamole available, only for online orders. I don’t understand, if someone goes to a place in person, the in-person service should be valued more.

The cash person will literally be eating food while checking you out and bagging your food. They never have salad dressings and their line is always a mess. Seems to constantly be the same manager on duty.

I'm not sure what the problem is with this location, they are always staffed...but....last two times my tortilla shells, ice cold, steamer either not up to temperature or off all together! Also peppers 🌶 and onions 🌰 never ready and no time frame when they'll be started or nothing!

It's Chipotle. A little difficult to mess up. Staff comes around often to try to clean and tidy up tables and beverage/ silverware stations. Staff can be cheap on serving amounts but I guess that's Chipotle policy. Overall it's Chipotle nothing more nothing less. Staff is very friendly at least to me.

Not a great place, we have been their 3 times and every time they ran out of some thing . Today we order some food and the most simple thing that is RICE they was totally out and they told me that because they close in 1 hours they was not going to make any more waoooo súper disappointed a this place won’t recommend this location to any one.

I stopped by about 45 minutes prior to closing. They were already getting to close to shop - not welcoming to myself or a few customers who came in after me, out of several items and no intention to replace them (scrubbing down the grill top), and the whole restaurant needed cleaning and restocking

I know this location close at 11Pm. I came around 10:30pm and they already had all the chair upside down. When I was ordering they only had few things available , they did not
had any pico de gallo, no corn, no lettuce, no guacamole and no fajitas . Literally my bowl just rice, chicken and beans because they did not have any stocked or available. The Funny thing, they had Pico de Gallo at the to go station but they said to me it is only for togo orders. I was very nice to ask some Pico de Gallo and all the employees were very rude and giving me a negative nasty attitude!!. If these employees don’t want to work, just close at 10Pm instead of 11Pm then. Also they did not have any Ice available for the soda machine!!. I was very angry and disappointed at the location. I paid for the full price for a empty bowl. I walked out very hungry. I should had go to Panda Express next door instead!! Please avoid coming at this location and save your money.
