Incredibly poor management at this location. Waited in line for 30 minutes only for them to be out of peppers and pico (!!) for the bowls. Oh wait, they did actually still have pico, but it was only for the online orders. When my husband asked if he could have some of the pico they were using at the online order station, they said no. So they’d rather give it to people ordering online instead of the people standing there in person. Are you freaking kidding me?

Consistently disappointed with this location; there's always a shortage of vinaigrette and plastic utensils, plus cleanliness is lacking. Portion sizes are stingy when food needs replenishing, and staff exhibit attitude when asked for more.

I have to give it to the kid serving all the people himself alone he really deserve a raise we own several restaurant in Puerto Rico and that ain’t easy applause to that kid on the late shift of march 29 around 10:40 and still full line and he was serving great job

I'm sorry to make negative reviews but this store is in no one's hands. There is no management or authority in it. In a place that according to the schedule at the door closes at 11 pm every day, at 9:12 pm already half of the chairs were set up on top of the tables, despite being full of customers. I really like chipotle, just not this one. The service was terrible and the “fresh” food they’re so proud of was poor at best. My steak burrito was nothing more than cut up chunks of a work boot. STEER CLEAR!!!!!Parking: Park at Chipotle and the walk over to MOD pizza for excellent food.

Trash is always overflowing, they’re always out of ingredients, their soda machine is always out of things, the service is never friendly or kind, the food is room temp at best, ingredients are never fresh, rice has been undercooked on multiple occasions - it’s the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to.
