Okay I gotta edit my review here but the whole experience has gone down hill. The food they give for pickup is almost always stale. I've ordered chips here many times through the drive through and it's always stale.
They almost always get the drive through orders wrong with old food. Genuinely this place has turned into slop. Use to be great 3 + years ago and I think we as people need to stop buying slop so these corporations can correct their trajectories.
I came in earlier today and ordered a carne asada bowl. It tasted off at first and after a few bites it made me sick to the point that I literally barely managed to put the bowl down as i rushed to the restroom to throw up abruptly. I immediately tried calling the store to let them know that there was definitely something wrong with either the chimichurri, the steak, or one of the other ingredients but I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. I came in to speak to the “manager” immediately after since I live a short distance away and told them what happened. Despite the fact that I explained that I’m a regular customer at that specific chipotle, the manager vehemently denied that there was anything wrong with the food and she even asked me to bring the half a bowl that i left back home or a receipt as proof that I was there despite the fact that the other 2 employees standing right beside her made it crystal clear that they recognized me from when i was there just half an hour prior. My experience at this chipotle was dealing with Absolutely terrible management and disgusting food that literally made me puke as I was eating it. I wouldn’t recognize this place to anyone who values their health or money

Worst chipotle in orlando we made an order online they sent the order incomplete first a lady called didn't even speak English and she said they forgot to put part of the order in the bag to contact uber or door dash to send the driver back we did and the driver said that she cant go back because it was not her mistake we called back the same lady answered and said that there is nothing they can do then they put an other associate on the phone when we asked for a manager the associate named carlos did not offer the manager and tried resolving the issue by saying that he will personally bring the order but i did not feel comfortable giving him my address we asked for the managers name he denied the managers name but said i can give out my GM name out wich was YESENIA SANTIAGO apparently she was on vacation and never offered to give out the managers name on site name i later found out the name and the name Maril this chipotle is willing to keep your money because they never offered a refund always said that they couldn’t very sad to see a name brand company being ran by incompetent people

I had the pleasure of being served by Viellca who gave me not only perfect portions but amazing customer service really brings out the feel good atmosphere chipotle is about I hope to see more worker like her at chipotle

Probably this is my fifth time in this location at Landstar Blv. and always they don't have something. One day I went they don't have beens, another day they don't have pork,right now I'm here and they don't have rice and there are so relax,like whatever. Since I'm here writing this review around ten people go in and right away out. They should know that is dinner time and will be busy, be ready!!!

customer service wasn’t good, they tried to make us pay for something that we weren’t specifically aware of right after another employee can to specify about the quesadilla could be only order online, the rice was hard and they didn’t wrapped our burrito in a nicely way. I use to work in fast food as well i get it but you can’t force customers to buy something.

This is the only chipotle location that I do not like, yesterday was the last time I was there. The food usually looks old, food tastes old/stale and somethings always missing. The older lady that works there always has an attitude like your bothering her 😂

The organization at this location today (10/10/25 at 5:45pm) is terrible. There’s one employee serving the food trying her best to do everything correctly while there’s two other employees at the register watching her struggle and asking for additional items. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to complete my order when there’s only one customer ahead of me and there’s six employees working behind the counter.

The lady at the front rushed me out of the line before placing all items I ordered inside my bag. I was also charged for guacamole which I didn’t order. My wife ordered a salad and received a very small portion of lettuce. I will be making sure this doesn’t happen again.

Very stingy with the portions, Ordered a steak bowl and the lady put half of a normal portion (half of the spoon) in and then immediately asked if I wanted a double as if you have to pay double for a normal portion. Will not be returning to this location.

They are improving! They are doing efforts and good job. Congrats ! But others stores cook bad chicken and meats. But here I already enjoy good food ! Recommended for Latinos and Americans 😁👍

I love chipotle but this one in landstar is the worst of all. The employees are terrible the food is out .u need to wait over 40 min for white rice n the fountain juice is empty so just wait there for ever no food or juice but u paid for it already …the worst I am so angry
