If I could give service a negative score, I would. Told the lady to give me half of one protein and half of the other and she just gave me one. Once I told her about her mistake, she proceeded to grab part of the portion and put it back on the bowl. Disgusting and please clean the counters.

Good food and service, but they are always running out of ingredients. Guacamole and steak run out really fast. Other Chipotles don't have the same issue at the same level.

It was 2 hours before closing and I ordered the brisket as she scraped the bottom of the container, she told me that she put in extra because there was no more. It was a bit dried out and hard.

It was the worst experience ever! Chipotle had no food on a Friday during dinner time. Then I was told that they would be no food because they were taking care of a catering service. I will say i was unapologetically offered pinto beans, cheese, and toppings... with a smile 😁When asked to speak to the manager, standing sideways facing the employee. The manager said I'm taking care of a catering service( this is along with the entire staff). Walked walked outside.

I understand that common sense is not that common, but if you are not going to take care of customers, close the doors. Or how about deploy the team correctly so that while there may be a wait, you can still take care of your other guests. Or even plan for such events.

If that can't be done, at least apologize for the poor service. However, if the managers reaction is to walk away versus addressing the situation, you can't really expect an apology or good service.
