Rude staff
By far the WORSE experience in a Chipotle ever. I’ve been having to come here several times because its the only option near me but the whole crew in this location is horrible.
They never have the food fresh, the orders are always wrong, they make you wait for over 30 minutes while you can clearly see them talking and laughing between them, its the 8 time I come here and the service always sucks or they keep “forgetting” to give me all the items on my order.
Honestly just fired them all and re hire bc in the last year I haven’t had a single good experience here. They are also very rude to my husband in front of me thinking we don’t speak Spanish (I do)
Avoid this location at all costs
Landstar location is terrible. I have written directly to Chipotle and they ignored me completely. I do not recommend going if you’re looking for fast service. They will take a least 30 minutes just for you to get your food order. The location is dirty. DO NOT order on the pick up lane because they will most likely get your order wrong : BEWARE
Walk into the store in the rain to order a quesadilla to be told that the quesadilla cannot be ordered in the store. It can only be ordered via the app
Mind you on numerous occasions at the same location I've ordered it. When I tried to tell a young man at the counter that I was already there and just walked through the parking lot in the rain and they're not that busy if he would mind making it in no uncertain terms, he said no
So much for good service and quality food. Over the last few months both have been suffering. I may only be one person and one voice but slowly but surely I'm sure they'll start losing more and more clientele
I had a bad experience at this Chipotle. When I asked for extra (meat and rice), the staff gave me a look as if I were asking for something for free. I have no problem paying for what I order, but it’s not right to be made to feel uncomfortable just for requesting something additional. If I’m willing to pay more, I deserve to be treated with respect. The customer service needs improvement — they don’t seem to listen carefully to what you ask for, and it feels like serving you is a bother. Chipotle should ensure their employees treat customers well, because good service is part of the overall experience.
The salt contents were so extreme that I could not eat the bowl I purchased. Worst ever

If I could give service a negative score, I would. Told the lady to give me half of one protein and half of the other and she just gave me one. Once I told her about her mistake, she proceeded to grab part of the portion and put it back on the bowl. Disgusting and please clean the counters.

Good food and service, but they are always running out of ingredients. Guacamole and steak run out really fast. Other Chipotles don't have the same issue at the same level.

everyone is lost, food is old, people dont even speak english. On top of that terrible customer service and bad attitudes.
