This location is the worst . This is The only location I have been to multiple time and they didn't have any thing ready !! Who's managing this place !! I feel sorry for the owner

Learn to cook chicken! Why is my chicken always burnt, it tastes like I’m chewing on chicken bone covered chicken. This happens because the person cooking is negligent of how long he’s cooking the chicken and in turn the chicken’s outer layer turns hard like a shell. Never had this problem in any other chipotle, just this student run one.

What a joke. My food was made and sitting right there, but apparently I was supposed to enjoy a front-row seat to the cashier and the customer ahead of me trying to solve whatever mystery was happening on the customer’s phone. Five extra minutes of watching them fumble around like it was rocket science.
No communication, no urgency, nothing. Just me standing there wondering if I accidentally walked into a tech support center instead of Chipotle.
I finally just left because clearly nobody cared that my order was ready or that a line existed. Absolutely embarrassing service. Do better.

Came in saw a lot of people leaving because they didn't want to serve food mind this store closes at 11pm I got there at 7pm and at 7 they were stopping to serve food. The customer service was very bad they were treating the customers with attitude like damn we get it your tired but Is not customers fault. That's all try to find a different location.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Ordered from here multiple times and it's always the same thing.... The food is cold and barley cooked and when I make a mobile order they always have the wrong food in my bowl. Did Uber Eats with this location for the first time and all the food was labeled correctly, but had the wrong ingredients. They also didn't even give me the 2 cokes I ordered. Very displeased and do NOT recommend.

Standard chipotle experience nothing bad but nothing over the top either. The prices here are pretty good, my chicken bowl was $9 and then I got the chimichuri sauce along with it. It tasted good but I don’t think I’ll get it again.

Staff were very rude and unwelcoming especially the cashier she had an attitude and seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. I simply asked the guy making my bowl for more rice and he just looked at me all disgusted. I also think it’s weird how they kept bringing my bowl to the back to add things…

He kept a positive attitude even though the restaurant was busy, and his attention to detail made my meal perfect. Thank you, Evan, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely come back!

We live close to the Chipotle at waterford lakes and we drive a little extra to get to this one. It is 10x better. The service is so much better. Food attitudes and best of all the portion sizes are ao much better.
