Amazing staff doing the best they could tonight 11/25 7pm. They were clearly understaffed. Especially just a few days before Thanksgiving. Not sure if someone called in but I felt bad for their employees. Only two up front.

This store has to be the worst run store I’ve ever seen. Workers just hanging out talking, lines around the store, out of all the food.. one worker on the line and not even a person on the cash register.. the cook was sitting down eating with another worker in the booth. The togo worker was sweeping the floors that were a mess I give them that. The twenty people in line seem to be last concern or preparing the food they were out of not a concern. l Watched an employee use their hands to stir meat after cleaning a table with the same gloves on. Fire the manager. This store is constantly the worst in Florida .

All I can say is… YIKES. I’m 7 months pregnant and was really craving Chipotle, but this experience was honestly shocking. I ordered a bowl and almost everything I wanted was out. No white rice, no chicken, no queso, and no lettuce. The employees didn’t seem concerned at all, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied and honestly a little upset. This location seriously needs some attention.

Steer clear at all costs. Plastic bag pieces in the food, yesterday's stale chips, dried out proteins ...... the food from this place was nasty. I generally like Chipotle ... but this location needs some corporate attention.

Plate of brown rice with black beans. Avcado and veggies and lots of hot sauces but took it to go. All just $11.40! A real bargain

i frequently mobile order from this location. every time, without fail something goes wrong. i am not trying to over dramatize the situation, the end of the day it’s just fast food and i will survive if my order isn’t correct. HOWEVER- this is certainly a management and staffing concern. I work for a company very similar to this. I understand exactly what it’s like to work for, and even manage people on a daily basis. Give these people the extra staffing they so clearly need, and make sure they understand their responsibilities. More importantly, if you treat them well- people tend to have a stronger desire to do the work expected of them. I genuinely hope your GM or District manager sees this and gives these poor employees the help they need to align with business needs.

I just went in to pick up an online order and the girl who gave it to me didn’t give me a chance to ask for some vinaigrette/sour cream so I waited for the cashier to finish checking out her coworker. When I asked for a side of vinaigrette and sour cream she looked me up and down and made gestures like I was literal garbage on the street. So unnecessary and disgusting behavior. I get that most employees are teenagers and overworked/underpaid but don’t treat others like they’re lesser than. That’s inexcusable.

Waited 30 minutes for an order that was already made. Nobody out of a staff of over 10 people greeted us. 10/13 8:00PM

Hate to be this guy but also hate paying for food that I didn’t want. Also hate wasting food so wasn’t going to have you throw it away and remake it. But don’t put employees on the order line that aren’t going to bother to listen to customers. And why act so rushed and panicked to make our bowls when we’re the only ones there.

This place is trash. The food was poop (chicken is burnt), homeless people sleeping in the back, the server barely put lettuce on my bowl. The customer service was ok and they need to train their staff.

The lady that made my burrito here did a great job. And I know what you're saying. It's not that hard to make a burrito. You just put everything in the tortilla and wrap it up. But this lady actually took the time to work the contents of the burrito back and forth and mix it in the tortilla before wrapping it all up. It turned out to be one of the most balanced burritos with a little bit of every component in each bite.

I have never been to a chipotle before, and the experience my girlfriend had at this location makes me never wish to. This food establishment was disgusting, floors covered in trash, and tables that looked as if they had not been cleaned in days. Aside from the gross environment, the service was incredibly subpar. There was a line reaching the door with only one cashier, while other employees were sitting around very obviously not doing what they were supposed to. On top of this, the employees were also incredibly rude, and refused to make her a quesadilla since “the machine is in the back”. If that was not ridiculous enough for a Mexican food chain, they offered instead to make her a kids quesadilla, which she begrudgingly accepted. When she asked for sour cream on the quesadilla, she was YELLED AT by one of the employees, as apparently “you can’t get sour cream on a kids quesadilla”. I understand companies having strange policies and restrictions, but in what way is adding something as popular as sour cream to a tiny quesadilla that she already was forced to settle for instead of the normal quesadilla that she requested a restriction? Are children not allowed to like sour cream? Once she received her tiny, sour creamless quesadilla, she opened up only to find that it had not even been cooked properly, and was still RAW! The outside of the quesadilla was legitimately cold. When she spoke to an employee about this and asked for them to cook it properly, the employee tried to convince her that was in fact not cold. Do these poorly mannered employees think their customers are stupid? If it feels cold and is raw on the inside, then it probably wasn’t cooked well. After insisting on having it properly cooked, they wrapped it in foil and cooked it. When bringing it out, they tried handing the FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN, foiled, tiny, sour creamlesss quesadilla to her with nothing to hold it with, even through it was not burning hot. When asked if she could have a plate to carry it on since it was hot, they insisted it would not be hot, even though it just came out of the oven and was wrapped in foil that would in fact be hot. They had been holding it with a heat glove, of course it was hot! After asking repeatedly for something, they put it in a lid and handed it over. And guess what? It was in fact hot. Surprise I know. I hope this horrible experience does not reflect this company as a whole, because if so it shows that they have no respect for their customers, and that they care little about proper cleanliness and food safety. A health inspector would have a field day at this place, and from the plethora of other poor reviews I’m sure it’s not just one bad day. Please find some compassion and reflect on what kind of people you employ within customer service roles. Food was decent though, once it was cooked properly of course.
