I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered two burritos through the app since I was in a hurry. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I realized I’d forgotten to request sour cream and red chili sauce. I politely asked the woman at the window if I could get these added, but she seemed confused and asked, ‘Cheese?’ I clarified that I wanted the red chili sauce, and she directed us to go inside.

My fiancé went in to request the sauces and the second burrito, as there was only one burrito in the bag. He mentioned that the person at the counter was dismissive and rude, especially when he asked for chili sauce. When he tried to describe the sauce he needed, the employee responded with attitude, even making snarky comments about how he was "speaking" to her, saying he should ‘ask nicely’ which he was already being patient with the situation

Despite the hassle, he finally got the sauces, but when we opened our order, we found queso instead of sour cream, and my burrito was completely wrong. It had corn, lettuce, and white rice, when I’d ordered brown rice, black beans, and chicken. The entire experience was frustrating, especially after a long day.

This occurred around 6 PM on 11/4/24. I hope the staff working at that time can use this feedback to improve their service and attention to detail.

This location had a sign that says “now open until 11 pm” I won’t to have dinner at 9:42 pm according to my receipt. They charge for the food and not even offer something to drink. When I get to the tablet had to buy a drink (didn’t give me the receipt) really didn’t realized they didn’t added. Turned out that they where about to close and had disconnected soda machine I paid for it and couldn’t get anything. When I asked the lady who was the cashier told me they don’t have it. I asked. Do you have anything inside. ??? And of course the expected answer was NO turn and left. My concern is that if you are working in any position dealing with customer service and don’t have the decency to at least pretend to try, look for another job you are in wrong industry.
Values, respect and services is gone with this new generation who think are entitled to everything. They think the world owes them at their first job with only 18 yrs old.
Future doesn’t look good.
Whoever own this store I would check on your employees and teach them manners, respect and customer services. Because I might not come back to that specific location but I’m pretty sure you are losing money not selling what you supposed to.

Ordered (4 entree bowls) through the App for pick up at 6pm. Order is confirmed. I get to this Chipotle location, I told them I’m picking up and I said the name on the order. The girl asked me if it’s door dash and I said no it’s thru the App. She went back to the 2 other staff and basically the order was not ready!!! So I had to wait there for 15mins. I reminded them about the extra lettuce and extra cheese request. Plus 3 of the bowls should have Guac. The guy making the bowls said “oh yes, they’re all there”. Finally got the order, I opened 2 of the bowls to just kinda peek if they actually put extra lettuce. And behold, they did not! So I went back to the front counter and asked for extra lettuce. The girl gave me a minuscule amount of lettuce in ONE small clear sauce container! Like what????? At this point, I was a bit annoyed and just left. When I got home and checked the bowls, to my surprise…3 of the bowls that supposed to have GUAC don’t have them!!! We paid for those Guac! Also, Did Not have extra cheese as requested! This Chipotle location is the worse by far! Whoever is the manager of this place needs to retrain their staff!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant, which has always been hit or miss depending on the staff. Unfortunately, tonight was the worst by far. The server rushed my son and me through the order so quickly that we didn’t even get what we wanted. When I noticed the small portions of chicken we were served and politely asked if I could get a little more, she flatly said no.

When I brought up my concerns to the manager, who was at the register, she brushed me off, saying they had to go fast because of the line behind me. I turned around and pointed out that there was only one customer behind me—hardly a line worth rushing for. To make matters worse, the server was in such a hurry that she mixed up our order with that of the other customer.

What made this experience even more frustrating was how the manager made me second guess myself, as if I was the one in the wrong for simply wanting a decent meal. I was polite and just wanted to enjoy a good dinner, but instead, I left feeling disappointed and upset.

As I was leaving, another customer in the parking lot mentioned that he frequently has the same issues with the service here. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since I was excited to have this restaurant closer to home. I sincerely hope they address these staffing issues and hire employees who genuinely care about providing good service.
