The food is always really good here and employees are friendly and efficient. Don't order through the app for pickup though - they really cheat you out of meat when you're not watching them build your bowl. I think the bowl I just picked up has 6 measly tiny pieces of chicken in it. š¤¦š¼āāļø

It was a steak quesadilla that I asked for and she refused.. really her excuse was that she had to go to the other side of the store and itās farā¦ what??? Like if she works at a warehouse smh never again Iāll step into this place. And if you donāt believe me order the adult quesadillas

Went here a couple of days ago with our food allergy kid. Adrian helped us, I told him about my Sonās allergies and he quickly changed his gloves. I asked him if he could pull certain items from the back since they are close to dairy(one of his allergens) and he did as well as use new utensils. He was very kind and understanding. His customer service was great. Thankful to have had this positive experience there.

Ordered two separate orders, when I arrived at the restaurant only one was ready when I asked about the second one the āmanagerā said maybe someone else picked it up and walked away. She was not trying to be helpful in anyway, it wasnāt busy. We started coming to this location every week since it opened because itās closer. But, after this interaction will be returning to the Semoran location.

Came in with family on Labor Day in the evening , young girl with glasses had the worst attitude ever, started messing up all the orders and when we asked her to slow down she took off her gloves and threw even worse attitude. With service Iike this I do not feel this location will be open to long.

Chris took really good care of me here, and I have to say this location stands out. The hygiene and cleanliness are noticeably better compared to other Chipotles nearby. The service was on point, everything looked well-kept, and the overall atmosphere felt much more inviting. Really impressed. This will be my go-to Chipotle moving forward.
