Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely horrible. I came with my family and the portion sizes were so small. Water was warm. They had barely any chicken left, no lettuce, corn, or salsa. No ice either. Horrible service. Insane!!

I came into Chipotle and was helped by Emma she was amazing! She greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. She worked quickly but still took the time to be friendly and kind. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. The food was great, but her positive attitude made the experience even better. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

Today I went to this Chipotle location to pick up my order. I had placed it for pickup, but when I arrived, I realized I had accidentally ordered a burrito instead of a burrito bowl — and I don’t like burritos.

Graziella, the team member working on pickup orders, was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond by transferring my food into a bowl, which I really appreciated.

However, while she was helping me, the manager kept shouting across the counter, asking what was happening and if everything was okay. I told her everything was fine and that Graziella was doing a great job helping me.

Unfortunately, after that, I saw the manager visibly reprimand Graziella in front of everyone, shaking her head as if Graziella had done something wrong — when, in fact, she was just providing excellent customer service.

Graziella deserves five stars for her professionalism and kindness. The manager, however, gets zero for how she treated her employee in public.

This is the worst location I have ever been to, no customer service or nothing. Yall need better employees cause they all suck, standing there looking at customers and not saying anything and wasting peoples time.

I come to this chipotle often and I'm really disappointed on how stale the white rice was. It tastes like it was made hours ago, 6/10. not your best day.

I dont live in Orl so i read the reviews before coming in and maybe in the last 4 mo ths they have really made a turn around bc it was clean and good. The employees were sweet and helpful!

Went to chipotle on 08/04/2025 around 9:45 pm. Got a bowl and burrito. Didn’t like the atmosphere due to manager kept checking portions and it was awkward. Portion sizes were small and when I asked for a little more of meat employees looked scared as if they would get in trouble. And barely gave me a little bit more. Felt like the employees were being micro managed and didn’t like the overall vibe from the employees and manager.

I airways love me some Chipotle. My only thing is I would advise staff not to rush the customer. All in all, it's very good.
