This is the worst Chipotle. No customer service, so dirty there.

The staff is completely unprofessional and speaks to customers in a rude tone. This is the last time I’m eating here!

My wife and I love Chipotle. The food here is as good as any other franchise I have eaten at. The service is good. I am not a fan of the dining area. Which is fine because we always get our food to go. Never have to wait to pick up our order.

The queso was literally like week old grey jello. When they plopped it into my container I had to ask what it was they were scooping because I could not identify it. Chips were stale. This was at 12:30 - peak lunch time at the mall. Very confused and grossed out about this location.

I watched the little Spanish dude at the front fill up these hot women’s bowls to like twice the bowl height like it was completely overflowing then he proceeded to completely skimp mine 😒 the bowl was barely filled like look at the edges even after i smushed the guac down.

Long wait time to order sbd also no option to have the adivinar rancho added to a meal while hbwy are building it. You havebti purchase it separately at the register. Also no sign indicating Adobe ranch sauce is extra and also what price?

The chipotle worker filling drinks pushed the drink off the counter onto my wife and ruined her clothes. She said nothing. Just walked away. Rude employees.

Oh this chipotle is terrible! The employees are annoyed and not friendly, it’s messy. Food from one bin was in others and no one bothered cleaning it. Burrito shells were so old, and the salsa was runny as heck. My goodness. When my teen complains about chipotle I know it’s bad.
