Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every time I leave disappointed because of the service. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t even greet you, no “hello,” no “bye,” nothing. They give you bad looks and speak with an attitude, like they don’t want to be there.
Honestly, every time I come to the mall I feel tempted to order Chipotle, but because of how bad the service is, I end up choosing somewhere else. The food might be good, but the experience completely ruins it.

horrible service lady working forgot what i ask for than just rudely handed me the food super rude all the employes look miserable and their just horrible. 0/10 dont go here.

I stopped in at 11:00 AM to pick up my order and was told “we’re all out of the chipotle vinaigrette, boss man.” I was surprised, especially since the restaurant had just opened for the day. It was disappointing, as that dressing is a key part of the meal I ordered. I hope inventory and preparation can be better managed in the future to avoid this happening so early in the day.

Love the burrito and how they fill it up a lot!

I’ve been to this location multiple times already. And I get dissatisfied not with the food, but the service. The staff is very hostile and with poor manners, someone really has to take the time and speak with these individuals to sharpen their service skills.

The food is delicious but the service was terrible. The woman who took our order treated us badly and wouldn’t explain to us what each thing was since it was our first time there. There were two other men there but they wouldn’t do anything and if they did they would do it bad or slow.

My wife and I love Chipotle. The food here is as good as any other franchise I have eaten at. The service is good. I am not a fan of the dining area. Which is fine because we always get our food to go. Never have to wait to pick up our order.

The queso was literally like week old grey jello. When they plopped it into my container I had to ask what it was they were scooping because I could not identify it. Chips were stale. This was at 12:30 - peak lunch time at the mall. Very confused and grossed out about this location.

Drink station was not stocked… when asked for napkins and eating utensils (fork)…employee handed me one with gloved hand that previously handle food and cash… poor experience… where is the zero -0 ⭐️ Button…

I watched the little Spanish dude at the front fill up these hot women’s bowls to like twice the bowl height like it was completely overflowing then he proceeded to completely skimp mine 😒 the bowl was barely filled like look at the edges even after i smushed the guac down.
