Great food but the lack of customer service is awful. The servers looking at you like you’re disrespecting them by just ordering and to make the payment they just show you the total without making sure you have everything you need. Had to tell her we wanted drinks as well. I wish they could fix this to make it better, we really liked the area and food.

I feel like they go out of their way to screw over people that Doordash from here. Every time I do I feel like they give me ingredients out of the trays they took out and put aside for a few hours before they scrape them out and wash them, and save the fresh ingredient trays for the people in the restaurant. It's like a whole new substandard quality of food that makes it seem like almost a terrible knockoff of Chipotle.
Also they just gave me the completely wrong order tonight.
Anyways thinking of giving up the ghost with this one.
When I want real Chipotle I go to the one at Dr. Philips.

After a disappointing experience at another Chipotle location, I walked into this restaurant unsure of what to expect. But Lily Beth, the manager, completely turned things around. She listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, accepted the overly salty food without hesitation, and remade my bowl—all with a warm smile and a gracious attitude. Her professionalism and kindness were matched by the rest of the team, who were friendly, upbeat, and clearly enjoyed working together. The positive energy in the restaurant was refreshing and made a real difference. Chipotle needs more managers and staff like Lily Beth—people who are prompt, customer-focused, and committed to resolving issues with care and respect. Thank you again, Lily Beth, for restoring my faith in great service!

I love the food here, but there’s a girl on the staff who doesn’t seem to know how to treat people. She seems to be from India, always wears makeup, and treats customers as if she’s being forced to be rude, which makes people feel uncomfortable. They should hire new staff. The food is great though! :)”

Nice ambient lighting and cozy seats , only downside is that they’re very stingy with the proportions you’d assume it comes out the workers paycheck but I feel like I’m not getting the amount of protein that’s being advertised, other then that the food was very good and freshly made
