First the lady making meal is rude to her coworker, her and Maria the cashier solely speaking Spanish where clearly all. The customers do not speak Spanish or her other. Coworker. Try to ask for basic menu options and can even order my food properly, and no matter what time of day I come to this location they NEVER have any vinaigrette it’s annoying that after I pay over $9 for my meal and wait in line to find out condiments aren’t available.

1 Star. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE. They charged me for chips and salsa when I never ordered it. When I questioned why my 1 chicken burrito bowl order bill was $19, the girl said vinaigrette dressing is extra (as I did request a small cup) and rushed me to pay as a line was forming. I normally pay $12-$13 max for a burrito bowl not $19??? I won’t be back there.

Against my better judgement I ordered from this location. And of course my food was stolen off of the shelf. Normally they can just remake the order right?! ***WRONG** The manger was already yelling the things they were out of for thenight! A complete nightmare! Currently trying to get a refund.
Yall really need to chill with the segregation on food. Race should not play a role in how much protein you put on someone's order. I have been here 3 times now, and watch your staff give extra protein to those of darker complexion vs those with light complexion. Not an opinion, facts. Guess next time I'll record it and send it to corporate so they can see it for themselves. It's always the staff later in the day.

Horrible experience! It began with the girl(possibly Haitian) with a medium to short afro or cut. We walk in, she bends down, picks up her cup, drinks whatever is in her cup, and then stands and stares at us, no words. No greeting, no, how may I help you, no bowl or wrap, NOTHING! I had to start the conversation with her, unfortunately.
Her nonchalant attitude made me feel so unwelcomed, especially since I am a long-time customer.
THAT IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT CHIPOTLE.
To top it all off, it was dirty. Brisket was burned and hard . The close to $20 for a brisket bowl was totally wasted.
Do better Chipotle!

Had to wait by the register while our food was already made for about 15-20 minutes while they made other peoples food, they had the lady that didn’t speak very good English at the register making even longer and harder for us to receive our food. They also proportion differently for different people. It’s very dirty, none of the tables are cleaned. By the time we left after eating our food, there were people still in line from when we were in line.
