A Shining Example of Customer Service – Thank You, Lily Beth!

After a disappointing experience at another Chipotle location, I walked into this restaurant unsure of what to expect. But Lily Beth, the manager, completely turned things around. She listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, accepted the overly salty food without hesitation, and remade my bowl—all with a warm smile and a gracious attitude.

Nice ambient lighting and cozy seats , only downside is that they’re very stingy with the proportions you’d assume it comes out the workers paycheck but I feel like I’m not getting the amount of protein that’s being advertised, other then that the food was very good and freshly made

First time here on Kirkman Rd and I like it. Very fast service and friendly servers. Can dine in or take food to go. Usually empty during rush hour time and has plenty of fountain drinks, utensils, napkins and parking. Clean store. They're open until 11p so if you need a quick full meal, drop in.
