I love this spot but today was especially special. I came in around 4:52 PM and there was a hispanic lady with reddish hair and tattoos. I’ve been going to Chipotle since high school and she is the best employee I’ve ever encountered. She was absurdly kind. Incredible experience.

The Manger is super unprofessional. She has a son that works there and he is a terrible worker. He misses items and when I went back to the store he had his mommy call me names and they both told me not to come to the store because they mess up which makes no sense.

When I was ordering, I mentioned to them that their white rice was not cooked all the way. He gave me some to try and sure enough it was not. The rice was crunchy. I let him know that it was not cooked and “he shrugged it off” and asked if there was anything else I wanted. I was going to order but decided not to after not seeing the intent to change it. I would advise to double check before ordering.

I usually come here on my work break, but the last time I visited I paid for double protein and the portion was still very small. I was really hungry that day and felt disappointed. I hope the portions can be more consistent — I’d love to keep coming here.

This store is hit or miss. The employee that helped on this particular day was rude and very vague with his answers. When they were out of products he was unhelpful in finding a solution or even suggesting a different item..

I literally received the best service from Janet today. I placed an order online and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Janet helped me cancel and redo my order in less than three minutes, which was a lifesaver since I was on my lunch break. Excellent customer service and excellent portions!

Always consistently good food. Generous portions which it make it good value. I am a big fan of the rice bowls, and appreciate the fact it's real food, healthy, and plenty of choice for many dietary requirements. Keep up the good work.

We went to this location two days ago around 10 PM (they close at 11), and the experience was extremely uncomfortable due to the cashier’s behavior. The cashier was very rude and spoke in Spanish the entire time. She repeatedly called people standing in line fat, made comments about why anyone would eat this late, and implied that customers should be ashamed for being there at that hour. She also complained about why customers wouldn’t “just place a mobile order,” as if that would somehow mean she wouldn’t still have to prepare it. When the customer in front of us left, she mocked him for ordering two burritos and continued calling him fat. Then she looked directly at us and said, “I know you speak Spanish and can understand everything I’m saying, but I don’t care.” This behavior was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be insulted or shamed for ordering food during business hours. This experience alone is enough to make us not want to return.
