If I could give 0 stars I would have never experienced such terrible customer service ever! From any other location. And first time at this one! The only issue was that the 2 bowls where mixed up completely we got them delivered but came up there just to replace them and the manager and her crew was not happy when trying to tell us that the labels where just mixed up. But no both bowls where mixed up with both out request When everything could have been avoided if we were not met with attitudes and just offered to remake the bowls! Bowls were not touched but just completely wrong. Whole team needs to be retrained on how to provide customer service. And to wear badges as well might I add!

Normally when I leave a review, its about how bad the experience was at any given location or restaurant ive been too. This time I have the pleasure of leaving a good review! Finally 😄. The speed of service was excellent, from the moment I started with Janesha (and im probably butchering her name so forgive me for that) to the checkout experience with Janet who left an awesome impression on the way out! What's even more astounding is that this performance and level of service is consistent! I've been to this location a total of 4 times, at varying times too, and each time was just as fast and friendly! The big guy in the back was so pleasant the last time I came here i was literally in shock and had to ask if he was talking to me because from my neck of the woods (Landstar's location) they don't so much as look at you when your ordering. Safe to say this location is LEAGUES better than that one! Hopefully management sees this review and they gives the team some recognition their efforts!

What is happening with all the chipotle around this area. This use to be a good place but now the food is bad always. They need to do better and check new management or employees. Just got a bowl and had to triw it away becauae it seems some put a whole bottle of salt on the plate. It was inedible.

I love coming to this Chipotle every week to get my dinner for my husband and I. Janet is amazing, great customer service and she remembers my order! Rest of the staff is great as well and I must say the food tastes a lot better compared to other locations!

We want to thank Janet, Jude , Jahmani, Jahmani for taking care of us when we went to have dinner at Chipotle by the Florida mall , the customer service was amazing, the attitude , the food everything great . We stopped going to Chipotle because of the customer service at another location but we definitely will come back here .
There was a middle age black woman in taking our order, and she almost messed up my order and she walked off while making it without a word.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The person taking the order is super sweet but the cashier was horrible tried to charge me for a large quesadilla when it was a kids meal I didn’t receive the chips I had ordered and she started talking about me to her coworker who was standing right there. If you want an attitude and some mediocre food go here I guess.

Time :noon. I really like chipotle and go to there almost everyday in different locations because of my job, and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I should probably give this location another try to confirm but this was awesome so it deserves a review. White rice fluffy and cooked right cooked, jalapeños in pico and corn is not over the top like in most places. The rest of the food is cooked perfectly, people were nice, place is clean. CHIPOTLE DO THIS MORE! thanks !
