I been going to this Chipotle since it opened and today I had a horrible experience. I don't know who the girl is but she's not very good at her job. Very rude, the food that was served was for a child and then she was rude when I asked why. I went during lunch hour. Please either send her to another store or teach her some customer service. I went back and got a refund because that's how bad the food she gave me was.

Poor customer service experience I went to Chipotle today (01/28/2025 4:05pm), excited to enjoy a nice meal and use a free guacamole code I had received. However, when I got to the register and asked the employee to scan it, they told me they couldn’t accept it because they had a new manager who supposedly doesn’t allow it. This makes no sense, as the code was issued by the company itself and was still within its validity date.
I find it very unprofessional to not honor promotions they offer. If they have a new manager who doesn’t understand the company’s policies, that shouldn’t affect the customer. I came expecting good service and a smooth experience but left very disappointed. I hope Chipotle addresses this issue because I won’t be returning if this keeps happening.

I wish I could give zero stars. I waited at the front for 30 damn minutes to pick up an order for someone, and not ONE employee even bothered to acknowledge me or answer me when I was requesting assistance. Your employees suck

SO SLOOOOWWW! I don't know what it is but they're always so slow at this location. The worst part is that after you're done waiting, you're served the most underwhelming bowl any chipotle could serve. I don't know what it is about this location in particular but everyone here serves half spoonfuls and you have to continue to ask them to add more food just for them to barely sprinkle more on top. To barely serve anything and have the audacity to charge full price is wild to me... I don't know what else to say but just do better.

Today I went to your Chipotle store and was treated with exceptional service from your employee, Karina. She greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was as she served me my burrito. Karina was extremely professional and a model employee. I normally don’t write reviews but Karina made my day.
I ordered a salad online with rice and steak. Everything was cold and I was missing my rice. Didn't realize until I was back at work so not worth driving back but I'll definitely avoid this location now.

I quite liked the service, the food and the hygiene of the place, everything is very clean including the bathrooms (I was pleasantly surprised), the staff speaks both languages and are quite friendly in both. The amount of food is more than enough for one person and the taste is wonderful, I will go again.
The food is not good first and it will be my last time also so expensive too but there's people with no taste for real food
