I asked for a steak bowl with no rice today. Girl grabs the bowl and goes all the way to the opposite end of the line and puts a bed of lettuce in the bowl. This actually makes sence. But when she went to put the beans on the lettuce I kindly asked her if she can put the steak first and then the beans. Her reply was that the beans go first. I told her I wanted the steak first and then the beans on top of the steak. She pointed out that the line of food was set up in the order it was set up for a reason while looking at me as if I was stupid. She forgot she put the lettuce in first, that normally goes in at the end. Go figure.

Very unpleasant visit. Went to grab two bowls came out with the wrong bowls, got charged for our real order and the air head on the line intimates the crew members so badly they barely are able to keep track of the orders coming thru. This isn’t a Mexican country club, it’s chipotle.

Hey, what’s going on guys? I had recently came into yawls location to get a rice and bean bowl with chicken and I had to oversee this guy. I believe his name is Lawrence. He has gold teeth. I couldn’t quite understand if he was the manager or not, but his personality was very outstanding hands-down. I recommended my mom and my brother because other chipotle is that we have went to they’ve always had an attitude. hands-down. The service was nice but the girl at the register didn't smile once but every other worker was very slay. The food was good but there was a lot of cheese but im from Wisconsin so I love it. The place was pretty clean and the bathrooms were pretty good.

It was almost closing time and the food was still good. Only drawback and unfortunately this is for most Chipotle locations, garbage disposal cans are full to the rim no matter when we visit and hard to find a clean table but it's not a big deal if you're taking the food home. Good to have salad and protein options and that's the reason we go; low carb option for the parents and good protein and vege options for the kids. Would like to see more attention given to constant cleaning by managers and their team, it's really that simple.

I been going to this Chipotle since it opened and today I had a horrible experience. I don't know who the girl is but she's not very good at her job. Very rude, the food that was served was for a child and then she was rude when I asked why. I went during lunch hour. Please either send her to another store or teach her some customer service. I went back and got a refund because that's how bad the food she gave me was.
