By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a Chipotle in 20 years. Three different staff assembled my order and all were rude, rushing me, and barely listening. I understand it’s a busy airport location but as many other reviews have said, the staff really seem to hate their jobs and make no attempt to provide customer service. Save your money and time and go to Moes or literally anywhere else in MCO.

This crew is so efficient, quick and precise; but also friendly and patient. They are dealing with massive amounts of travelers, languages/accents and family situations, and handling it with grace. Great job. Food was fresh, portions good, very tasty. Prices are comparable to a stand alone location, not the ridiculous airport price upcharges.

Today I got a cartinas kids quesadilla and I got no meat all cheese but got charged for it and it wasn’t even busy the service here is horrible and I work at the airport everyone seems to hate their jobs especially the girls and I also don’t appreciate them talking about me while I’m standing there I have really good hearing they were talking low but not that low as if no one could hear them ! I will never go back to that chipolte I’ll spend my money at moes before I come back to chipotle this is the 3rd time 😒

Terrible customer service and did not care about gluten allergy. Not going to say all employees there are this way but unfortunately one employee that tended to me made the experience the worst. She refused to change her gloves after letting her know I had a food allergy. I argued with her and after 3 attempts to have her change her gloves and to take proper precautions to eliminate as much cross contamination, I asked for someone else to serve me. At that time she changed her gloves and served my food. The other employees that finished my order changed their gloves as soon as told them of a gluten allergy and they went to the fridge to grab fresh ingredients that were not used for other orders that may have come in contact with gluten. I watched them do this and paid after. I ate half my meal and saved the rest for later after I got to my location. When I went to heat it up later and stirred it I found a silica packet still in the bowl that my food was served in. It is unsafe to eat here. What if this packet had opened and gotten in my food??? Needless to say I threw my food away. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I do not recommend eating here ever!!!

Very disappointed in this location. No sense of urgency for the long lines they had. (i saw multiple ppl leave = loss of sales)

The speed of service was bad enough... I ordered a Large Pibb no ice only to sit in my airplane seat to taste a DIET COKE!!!
IF you do eat here, double check everything. I honestly wouldn't recommend it... you can get your Chipotle fix outside the airport.
OR just go to Moe's pre-security.

I asked for brown rice; she gave me white rice. I asked for steak protein; she gave me chicken. I tried to correct the woman, but she pushed me forward and moved on to the next. Please listen to your customers better next time!
