I visited the Chocolate Museum today and it was one of the most welcoming relaxing and creative experiences in all of Orlando. From the best chocolate l've ever tasted to the beautiful decorations. The coffee was excellent and the tour even better, the clean environment deserves more than 5 stars.

I visited the museum a few days ago with my family to have some coffee and enjoy the museum, everything was delicious and everyone was so nice and helpful! They welcomed us with a smile and were very kind throughout our whole visit. Definitely a great, clean and cozy environment, will be visiting again soon!

My family and I visited the Chocolate Factory and Museum today. While we were waiting on the tour to start we went to the bathroom. We waited for the restroom for a few minutes; a waitress left the single stall bathroom with a plastic glove on her hand. I was very confused by this so I watched her. I watched her push in a chair and walk behind the counter with the gloved hand. I thought she would go to the sink and remove the glove and wash her hands. She did not! She touched things on the counter and then went to the kitchen. At this point, she touched too many surfaces with this gloved hand for me to feel comfortable for us to stay. Norovirus is on the rise, and I wouldn't risk my family's health, so we left without a tour.Immediately after leaving, I called to speak with the manager. I explained what I observed, and he responded that they train staff to remove gloves and wash hands. He then stated that I must have had a different perspective of what happened but would discuss with the waitress. He restated that the staff was trained to remove gloves and wash hands—no apology, no ownership, very disappointing. Please be observant while you patronize this establishment. Your health could be at risk.

We love this place and visit every year when we are in Orlando. Fascinating tour of how the beans are harvested and how the chocolate is made. They give out chocolate samples during the tour and you can order your own chocolate bar and add things to it. Fun place.

The history of chocolate ? tour at the museum done by Dave was a wealth of great information. He also took the time to be a bit comical which is always enjoyable. The down side to our visit here was the poor customer service by the front counter attendant. We stressed that we purchased the wine and chocolate pairing along with the museum tour specifically for the wine and chocolate pairing portion of the ticket, however the attendant did not find it necessary to provide that portion of the event to us because we attended the last tour of the day (the 5pm tour). It is not listed on their website that the 5pm tour does not honor the wine and chocolate pairing but just the tour with 1 glass of wine to carry around the museum that will be gone by the end of a 45-50 minute tour. The attendant also stressed that he was closing in 10 minutes as it was 5:50pm when our tour ended and he could not do the pairing at that time since it was time for him to close. This information should be provided on the website so that people know not to go to a 5pm tour if they are expecting wine and chocolate pairing. Don't waste your time or funds if that's the goal. It's unfortunate that there was no empathy shown for customers that paid for tickets, no cooperation or compensation for the fact that we didn't get what we paid for. We would not return and would not recommend to family or friends for this reason. I'm sure a few minutes of their time would not have hurt them to allow us to get what we paid for. It literally takes a few minutes to pair 3 samples of wine with 3 accompanying chocolates.

Hands down, Dave not only made the tour informative but with great humor. Super inviting, he literally made it like you were hanging with your friends. The samples were tasty as well as the hot chocolate! I am today years old to know that chocolate was literally like royalty

We went to the tour today, learned quite a bit about how chocolate came about was very informative. I have to say Dave was a great tour guide and explained everything in detail and even had some jokes along the way. He is very good as a tour guide and you will be entertained. The chocolate tasting was a delight and will make you want to buy some. We did as a matter of fact. Go and experience the chocolate you will enjoy it.
