Service was great. Our waiters were attentive. The food was really good. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. Atmosphere was lovely. A man played the accordion for diners, different but nice. Just a warning they do charge for the glass bottles water lol.

A most elegant and upscale dining establishment serving the finest of foods through the best of service. Children under 6 are not allowed. Dressing up is expected. Yes, the food is expensive but you get what you pay for and Christini’s doesn’t disappoint! From the live music to the stellar table service, your meal is sure to be a memorable one that you will not soon forget. It’s a complete dining experience and well worth every dollar.

One of the worst dinning experiences of my life. My family and I were in town for a long weekend and read about Christinis and it was fairly close to our hotel. First impression should have clued me in to the evening in store: this is a small restaurant in a strip mall in greater Kissimmee Florida. Although we had a reservation, we were seated almost an hour late but I can understand that on a Friday night in season. However, the service only spiraled down from there. None of our four meals were served at the same time which led to kids finishing first and complaining. My wife’s meal was delivered next without the requested shrimp on it. When it was sent back to the kitchen and returned with shrimp, the waiter made a point to admonish her and informed her that the chef wanted her to know that shrimp should not be served with fettuccine Alfredo. When my wife was finished with her meal, they quickly cleared the plate and took the rest of our utensils, yet I had not had my dinner served yet. Close to 15 minutes later when the server came back to the table to check on us and see if we wanted dessert I informed him that I was still waiting for my dinner. He quickly rushed off and brought the main server back who then attempted to act like he knew my dinner was still coming. It was clear he said a rush order in for my meal. About 10 minutes later, he came back to the table with my meal unfortunately unfortunately it was the wrong order. I had ordered their famous veal piccata and yet they brought out chicken piccata. Another 10 minutes, went by before I was able to flag our server to inform him of this mistake but he insisted to me that I ordered chicken piccata and not veal. The veal piccata was finally delivered about another 15 minutes later and was very good. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the evening that was worthwhile to compliment. After almost 3 hours at dinner, we were finally checking out and hope to never have to return to Christinis ever again.

The man that plays the ACCORDION was extremely RUDE, very NASTY, INSOLENT beyond belief, and unacceptably ILL MANNERED. He has the Worse customer service skills I’ve seen in my life. Very unexpected to see someone like that employed at a “fancy” “upscale” restaurant. A normal dinner night turned out to be the most EMBARRASSING and TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE of my life. After a long day at work, my friend and I sat at the bar ordered sea bass dinner and a couple of drinks. David, a very nice gentleman sitting at the bar started to have a conversation with us. He happened to be a celebrity’s assistant for 28 years. He told us his mother had just passed away showed us picture of his daughter etc. Towards the end of our dinner “HE SUGGESTED” we take a picture with his boss. I am not a fan of taking pictures with celebrities. But David “BROUGHT THE PERSON TO US.” introduced us and said give me your phone I’ll take a picture. The celebrity whose identity I won’t disclose in order to respect his privacy, was happy to meet us and take a picture. The owner daughter who recently inherited the restaurant said in a very degrading manner we not allowed to take pics in her restaurant. The very nasty accordion guy loudly embarrassed and humiliated us. Customers should never be treated this way. We was treated as if we had just murdered someone. We definitely like to respect any establishment’s policy, but the way this was handled, in such a humiliating and mortifying manner, was un permissible. I’ve Never been so attacked and insulted at a restaurant in my life. Such a dehumanizing treatment full of Accusations and embarrassment, was simply unacceptable. That accordion guy should not be allowed to bully customers. The owner should’ve definitely handled that situation differently. Even fast food restaurant respect customers and do not treat them in such a shameful manner.
