I was in shock that a glass of wine cost me $24. I under I had a 9 oz but that still is not a whole bottle. Shame on me for not asking price but I was at a retirement seminar and didn't think a glass would cost me that much. I also got charged fee for parking. I've been to Turkish Restaurant and a few other spots. Never have I been charge for parking. And 20% tip. No one at my table was charged tip nor event parking. ?

I'm visiting my daughter in Orlando and she took me to Chroma, having dined here before, wanted to share it with me. The decor & ambience are wonderful. We were warmly greeted and sat in a great booth. Our server Bella was quick to arrive and was very sweet, pleasant yet professional ... knowledgeable of the menu and offered great recommendations.Our entrees actually got to the table before our appetizers. The manager on duty stopped to check on our table and hearing of this immediately offered a sincere apology and went to check on our apps. Our server came to check on the table and the showed the same caring.Apps arrived soon after and Heather had them comped from our check.We were also aware of Heathers attention & caring for her dining room and other guests and I can say the same of our server Bella.I am a GM of a fine dining restaurant in NJ & understand that things happen, and having great food is important (all the dishes we tried were flavorful & well prepared) but it's the personal touch & over the top service that really wows the guests and keeps them coming back.I hope Chroma appreciates what they have in these two great assets...Heather & Bella. And if they were in NJ I would do my best to steal them away.Thank you ladies for creating a great experience for my daughter and I tonight.
Such an incredible experience from the appetizers to the main course and sides. Absolutely impressed with the choices flavors in each dish. Even the dessert was delicious. Loved it.We started off with the Crab and Artichoke dip which was so good. Then we ordered the New Zealand Lamb chops and the Miso caramel Brussels sprouts. Both were exceptionally flavorful. The brussels, however, were probably the best I've ever had. We were saying how we could probably just go and order just the brussel sprouts alone and be satisfied because of how great they were! So amazing!
We had horrible service, not acknowledged for 20 mins after sitting down, no refills, no checking in to see how things were....even the manager looked at our table, did and said nothing but acknowledged she noticed us ater when she came back to apologize. The food is phenomenal and usually this place is top notch. We will definitely be back because it is usually so good. We appreciate all the things the manager did do to make things right.

Bad service, had to ask for the waitress 3-4 times. Over flavored food. Either too much butter in one dish or salt or sugar (Brussels sprouts) in another. Trying to be a high end restaurant, but feels like the cheese cake factory. Good wine list, but small, a place with an ambiance like this should have more bottles. Additionally was trying to have a nice dinner with my wife and the man at the table next to me was wearing cut off Jean shorts while watching TikTok’s on a loud volume, not sure what the vibe they’re trying to go for here but it’s not working.
