They tried to scam me. The lady(assuming it's the owner) tried to charge me 10 dollars for a bowl of wonton soup thinking I don't speak Chinese. Her coworker even got confused. I told her it was ridiculous and I almost left then she said she can sell the small one for 3 dollars each. I looked at the menu. There is not item such as large wonton and the small one was 2.5.

I am sad to say that my friends and I were racially profiled. It took about 10-15 minutes for the host to acknowledge my friends and I, but they managed to greet the people who walked in front of us. Our food was packaged to go and my friends and I never said we wanted it to go, and it was a way for them to make us leave. As we were sitting down eating our food, the host yelled at us trying to insinuate that we were stealing by eating inside. The host made a huge scene in front of all of the customers telling us that we need to leave and that we were being unfair, when we respected the establishment upon walking in. I will not being eating here again and I hope no one else has to endure what I went through. I’m disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would! Google won’t let you give anything less than one. I Ordered through Uber Eats. When I got my order they were missing wonton soups which were the only things I got for myself. When I called the restaurant an older woman got on the phone and admitted that she had forgotten to put the soups in the bag and that I could come pick it up. I told her that after spending $16 over the cost of the food to have it delivered that wasn’t sufficient. So her counter offer was 2 egg rolls for my “inconvenience” I asked her how was a $2 egg roll fair after All the extra money spent. She got insulated and corrected me that their egg rolls were $3! I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager there so I asked for the name of the manager and she refused to give it to me. And told me there was nothing else she could do. We got into an argument and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and told her she was extremely rude. I told her I was coming up there to get a refund and she told me she couldn’t do anything because my problem was with Uber. I explained to her my problem was not with Uber because Uber delivered all the food they [Chuan Lu) provided. They hung up the phone again. So I went to the restaurant and yes I let her know in person how rude she was and again asked for the managers name. again they refused to give it to me. Finally she relented and offered us anything else off the menu, which should have been done in the beginning. We’ve ordered from them for over 2 years but only learned today that they are no longer associated with the Chuan Lu Garden located on Mills. We used to order from them about once a month and spend upwards of $60 on food alone but we will not e ordering from them ever again!

I went to there today and ordered the Ma Po tofu with pork and instead got another tofu dish. When I got back and realized it I called back and told them of the problem. The lady answered the phone and responded that she didn't get anything wrong and started accusing me of saying she was old, which I didn't do. She started saying how they sound completely different from each other and i agreed, so how did she mistaken me saying Ma Po tofu with pork to something else. I still don't know the name of what they gave me. I understand that problems arise from time to time and just wanted what I originally ordered, but the lady would not relent and kept going on about how she never makes mistakes on orders of how I was wrong, before finally at the end saying how I could bring it back and she would change it. At this point I had enough I don't want to deal with someone who kept on accusing me and putting words in my mouth saying how I was insulting her age and english when all I got to say was I think the order was messed up. Told her to forget about it because she clearly wasn't concerned about handling the issue professionally. The food was alright even though I didn't get what I wanted, but it wasn't exceptional and the service was horrible.

Some of the best Chinese in Central Florida. If you like Chinese food you need to go. Be careful though some of their dishes are very spicy.

I think this was a very good place. The workers are friendly and the service is prompt. This place is much better than the rating here.

The lunch special was an AMAZING deal. 7 ish dollars for an egg roll, soup, and a really good entree. Not fine dining by any means, but for the price, there are very few places in the area that can compare.

Nothing much from the outside, with an almost always empty parking lot, I decided to give this place a shot. And well, it sucked. I ordered sesame chicken and the serving was smaller than I expected and the chicken was mostly breading. The sauce that coated the chicken wasn't one I've ever had and wouldn't want again. Even the rice on the side seemed sad and lukewarm. Even worse, the customer service was lacking. I don't expect much but his awkward silence was uncomfortable. MOST IMPORTANT, my meal came out to a whopping $13.32. For what I got, that is ABSOLUTELY wild. Wouldn't go back for any reason. It was edible but that was pretty much it. If you guys have cars, travel a bit farther and get pine garden. It's wonderful food. I just don't have a car and wanted to sate a craving. Needless to say, I was not satisfied in the way I hoped I would be. The forlorn lobsters in the tank near the entrance should've tipped me off. Oh well!

This is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever went. Had a great great dinner during the travel. The food is authentic and the waitress is very friendly.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Orlando. They serve authentic Chinese food which is very different from and vastly superior to American style Chinese food. I take everyone I know, especially those who enjoy adventurous eating.

Excellent food. Braised Meatball in Brown Sauce was great.
