The food was as expected from any other restaurant. The pieces are not the size that I remembered them being from months ago. My cashier must've been new because some woman behind him kept yelling at him for simple stuff. I ordered 3 wings and a leg with small fry and large Mac and Cheese when she rudely interrupted and said loud enough for people in the rest room to hear her say "That's $8 for those 3 wings". I kept my Kool and said it's fine, not a problem. I get my order minutes later after watching and hearing her yell at the cashier to take the next order as they are taking their time to look at the menu. The cashier as he was correct kept telling her that they aren't ready to order yet. At this point, I was ready to get out of there. No wonder the parking lot only had 3 cars in it when I pulled in. If that was a manager, she needs more training on employee relations and customer service. After all, if she shut up, the cashier would have heard me say a large Mac and cheese but instead, only rang up a regular one. I didn't go back cuz I thought he would get fired if I did. Shame on this manager. I'm never going back.
Look. Drove to this place because I haven’t had church’s in over 20 years. I’ll be honest not the best area at all but the service was exceptional. Great people and the food. Was amazing. Let me say again the service was amazing don’t know if she was a manager but she has her own style and colorful hair. Great great service. Oh and the sweet tea. Awesome

First time visiting this place and I would never go back. The chicken was not fully cooked and it seems like they haven't changed the oil in a while because the outside was bitter. The staff is unprofessional and in a bad mood. They don't wear masks and talk over the food. I bought some chicken with fries, I asked for honeymustard sauce, and the lady told me it wasn't free. I wouldn't recommend it
I've been going to this location since I was a little girl and the quality of food was a 10 now a 2 it use to be hot and fresh but now it's old chicken and when the chicken is fresh it's serve cold. I now see why there are no long lines anymore it use to be packed every time you went.
