used to love chuy’scame back yesterday and the food was just not good . ordered “Quesadilla” and they came out as tacos. not authentic mexican food if that’s what you’re looking for .Ordered chicken flautas , the chicken was very mushy we didn’t finish our food

This was my second time here the first time was over a year ago my group and I didn't have a great experience don't remember exactly but it was enough not to go back fast forward till now and thought I would try it again and had the complete Opposite experience and it was awesome food was pretty good service was excellent will definitely be adding chuys back to the rotation and what ever that white sause is it's delicious but really ready spicy ? What’s the point of a curbside pick up when no one comes out with your order? I waited 15mins and called the number on the sign. The hostess did not apologize and was fighting me that there is only 1 hostess here. I let her know I understand but she should’ve called if that was the issue. She kept going and I hung up because I was running inside to grab my order since I’m on lunch. I came inside and my order wasn’t at the front so I had to wait a couple more minutes. He couldn’t find my order when he came back. I showed him my order number and he said “we have it”. I ordered in advanced two hours ago and now he’s saying the kitchen is backed up and he can’t tell what I ordered because description is not clear.As a result the manager told the hostess (which I never met or talked to) to tell me they can’t find my order. I love how they didn’t bother to at least offer to make the lunch. At this point I didn’t have time to go anywhere to pick up lunch as I had 10mins left in my break. I’m honestly disappointed with how I was treated and tried not to break down. This is the worst customer experience I’ve faced at a restaurant.My coworker went into Chuy's as their lunch was in my order. They eventually found my order but refused to give a refund. They started making the meal and I let my coworker know to cancel my food as the window passed for me. Unfortunately with my schedule I teach fitness class in the evening so I can't eat at a certain time. Supposedly there was some push back and my coworker had to call me. They were able to refund my meal in the end. Unfortunately for my coworker as I'm looking at the time, their lunch break is ending soon. I'm grateful to her for going over to deal with the mess when she could have went to a better business.Ordering ahead is a clear waste of time here. If you do order just go inside and don’t bother putting in the parking spot number. Or maybe don’t use their online website because the manager probably thought I was lying about my order.UPDATE: Supposedly the manager was rude the entire time and was not apologetic to my coworker. I would not go here.

got there at 8:05pm was told 20 min wait. they close at 9. we waited bout 45 mins. others were seated ahead of us. was seated by a waiter who felt bad about making us wait.once we was sat and ordered...... the fagitas came out, half the food was missing. they had no peppers. and no rice.very disappointing dinner.wouldnt recommend! im sure theres a WAYYY better mexican restaurant around elsewhere!
Probably our favourite restaurant whilst visiting Orlando for 2W. Great food reasonable prices great service and great setting.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space helpful accommodating staff.
