My waiter was great. Services was great. Food was good but for Italian it was about average and what i expected. It did not blow me away with any WOW factor but it was good. I would recommend!
The service was excellent - I was super impressed. Food was also delicious and came out in a timely manner, generous portions, excellent quality. We'll be back!
Very nice attendants, courteous and professionals. Great attitude and very attentive. Food was OK and the quantity was excessive. Would not go back.
I ordered a Special where you could pick from 3 appetizers/salads, 3 main courses and same w the desserts for $40. Those choices ran for 6? weeks. All were on the regular menu. I was in no rush, they were. the restaurant was half? full, I arrived at 7:15. As I took my first bite of the burratta, (the 1 tomato slice was right from the grocery store, hard, mealy and nowhere near ripe), my Veal Piccatta arrived. Edges were hard, rest was tough and dry. I took the Limoncello cake with me and ate it this afternoon. Meh. Diner at the table near me said here Veal Piccatta was too salty, too much lemon, but she was starving and was going to eat it. Their bio claims they came from Italy to do this. I should have listened to the few others who had dined there and who panned this place, instad of the bulk of the reviews. "Best Italian in Orlando" I don't think so. Maybe they should have stayed in Italy longer and perfected the craft.
The waitstaff was very attentive. We had two of our group with allergies and they were over the top making sure they were taken care of.
The Risotto Pescatore at Ciao Italia is a seafood lover's dream, rich, creamy, and full of fresh tastes.

This is my 6th time to have a birthday dinner here. Rather than ordering my usual meal, I got the pasta special - seafood lasagna. It was beyond wonderful with 7 types of seafood, and a cognac lobster sauce that put it over the edge (and no cheese.) It was so lite, and flavorful beyond my imagination. So supple!
I do wish they’d use cloth napkins, and real candles. The cordless lamps are not on par with the quality of this restaurant. Please don’t cut these corners.

What an iconic restaurant! The trio of homemade pasta ended our Orlando trip perfectly. Impeccable service, ambient music, and real attention to detail.

Overall this restaurant was a hidden gem in the chaos of Orlando…my family and I went there for dinner on vacation and were pleasantly surprised with the incredible food especially nestled into a small strip mall. I would recommend getting the cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer and honestly, all the entrees are delicious my family had a large variety of different meals from the lamb chops to the seafood ravioli, and were full and enjoyed their meals thoroughly. I would recommend this restaurant for delicious Italian food and a way to escape the chaos of Orlando.

Celebrated our anniversary here—service, ambiance, food were flawless. Loved the caprese burrata starter and pesto spaghetti. The communal warmth is unmatched.

Great expericence while we were staying at a time share in Grand Lakes. It was a monday night so it was not super busy but the service was great! We ordered the special salad which had beets artichockes goat cheese and a great house dressing. The special with the ravioli chicken and cream sauce was outstanding. We also had the Linquine and Clams sauce red sauce and it was one of the best I have had. I will be back when we are in Orlando!!!
