I have been coming back to this place over and over again. The food is amazing. Great atmosphere. Soft and easy service. Highly recommended

This is our 3rd time eating here. When we are in Orlando and desire Italian food we come here. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel you are the most important person. The waiters are outstanding. Keeping your glass of water, wine or whatever you may be drinking poured. They are very attentive. Helpful in explaining the menu if you need it. The food is the very best Italian food Ive ever eaten. You will not be disappointed with service, food and atmosphere. Give this place a try - Enjoy

The pasta fagoli was so incredible, I had high expectations for my chicken Marsala. It was too sweet as was my husband's spaghetti w meat sauce. We are accustomed to a more garlicky taste than sweet. It was good just not great like the soup and great bread!

Lobster bisque ~ salty tomato based soup; no lobster. Tortellini w short ribs ~ ok. Chicken parm good linguine in vodka sauce; dry and flavorless. Wine was very good. Won't go back. Would not recommend. Sorry.

We always go here for Italian when visiting Orlando! They have a nice variety of entrees and good wine selection. I always get the Papardelle with Wild Boar and my husband likes the Braised Short Rib. Parking is also quite easy, as it's in a shopping plaza.

Love that we came across this lovely Italian restaurant during our stay in Orlando. Close enough for convenience but not touristy at all. Nice decor and ambiance with music playing in the background that was just the right volume for dinner conversation. The little table lamps are stylish and adorable at the same time. Nice wine selection. Warm bread and seasoned dipping oil was brought right away. Eating less these days, we split a Caesar salad to start (just the right amount of dressing), and both selected pasta entrees. Delicious food and excellent service (we don't get how anyone complains about rude or inattentive service - from the host to the waiters, our experience was friendly, welcoming, prompt and accommodating with special dietary needs). We'll definitely come again when we're back in the area.

We loved this restaurant! It was my special Birthday dinner and our first visit ever! Ricardo, our wonderful server, and treated us all so great! We will all be going back!

I have been going to Ciao Italia for over 3 decades, every time I am in Orlando I will be there and usually their sister restaurant as well. Family owned and operated, simple but delicious menu.

We waited for 15 minutes before we were greeted by one waiter, he put water in our glasses and walked away. About 10 minutes later another waiter walked up read us the specials without even a hello and left without asking if we wanted anything. About 10 minutes later the first waiter came to us for our wine orders since we were sitting for about 35 minutes we new what we wanted so we ordered. The wine was excellent, the Pasta Fagioli soup had no beans in it. When we questioned the soup they said this is what it is. The Chicken Pesto was extremely oily and the chicken had no taste as we asked for it to be spicy or blackened (which they could not do). I will say the Veal Piccata with Artichokes was excellent! but not enough to go back.

We were a group of 9 people from different companies attending a conference. The restaurant will not split checks for groups of 5+. This is a challenge for business meals and submitting reimbursement receipts.

Great good! And great service. Have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

In town and decided to give them a try. Walked in and waited finally the matrade came to the desk, same time two men in suits walked in. She asked them if they had a reservation and showed them to their seats. Ignoring us. She came back, looked us up and down and asked if we had a reservation. We did not. Said she’d be right back. Came back and told us it would be ‘well over and hour’ very condescending. Guess we weren’t the caliber guest they wanted. Said a quick ‘no thank tou’ and went three doors down to Delmonico’s, were seated immediately to a wonderful dinner. Thanks for the snub!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados. Garçons super educados e atenciosos. Lasanha e Tiramissu deliciosos. Recomendo.

Waiter was a little rude. I tried giving him my child's order and he said wait until I go to her. Never asked what we wanted to drink, when we asked for drinks once again he wouldn't take anyone's drink order until he went back around the table to each person. And still Forgot one's drink until we reminded him. 3 of our guests didn't eat their food as it wasn't good.

I come to Orlando frequently to visit family and recently stumbled upon this place. I had the same thing both times--the Caesar salad and the spaghetti bolognese--and found them delicious. I was after comfort food and that's what I got.
