All you can eat pizza and pasta for very little money! It was delicious and we were surprised by how many varieties of pizza there were, including several dessert pizzas and cinnamon buns. The staff even asked if he we wanted a custom pizza with anything we wanted on it. The whole family loved it!

This was my first visit to a cicis pizza. Yet I realized the one thing that fell behind at this location was the pizza. Every option was stale and appeared to have been sitting out for at least 45 minutes. The second thing to let me down was the salad bar. All the toppings were thick which made it much harder to eat the salad- this could have been avoided by simply spending more time cutting up the vegetables. All these things would have been less offensive if they were low staffed, but I found at least 5 employees standing around. Lastly the music overpowered the facility and it was hard to hear my self think. On the bright side, the pasta was fantastic!

They don't offer free water so you have to pay for soda. Most of the pizza tasted bland and the toppings were so skimpy. The pasta and salad were the best part of the meal. Cici up north locations are better than here.

The level of quality and service has gone done. Management team was on top of their game. Now seems new management is not as active as before. Asked for cup for water, the manager said they don’t have water. Didn’t even tempt sell to sell me water bottle.

I'd give it more stars....but they had no air-conditioning it was so hot in there I saw people sweating. Don't get me wrong. The pizza was good. Not the best but good enough to fill up. But it was just hot in there.

Service was great not excellent just great/good. Server never came by to refill my coffee. Food was delicious. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait and it was more like 25 minutes. We were prepared to for the wait was pleasantly surprised. Worth the wait.

Be careful ordering from here. We ordered a bunch of buffets and they added on a bunch of drinks we didn't even ask for. Then when they had to refund my money they did not even give me a refund receipt. I believe this was even possibly done by a manager because she was directing other employees on what to do.

It's a good stop for quick, cheap dinner. Website is not updated to opening hours and price, so plan on them closing earlier and pay $9.99 per adult plus beverage. They had quite a few pizza choices, pasta, salad and dessert pizza. It was all fresh. Place is run by mostly teens, so give them a break. We all have to start somewhere.
I went Fri May 20. The price went up to 9.99. They don't have cups for water. So either forced to drink soda or buy a bottle water. They didn't honor a coupon. If it was expired, I could expect that. It wasn't and they said they don't take those. They rarely have it fully stocked.

This location has went downhill over the last 2 years. It used to have a small arcade and the food was good and fresh. Now, it is not even really that clean. The food isn't that fresh, and they don't have the small arcade. The Disney store next door is still open though.

This is the worst Cici's ever! My family and I had a horrible experience here. First of all they didn't accept the coupon sent out by Cicis. They said they don't participate and that's a corporate coupon. Next we ordered a spinach pizza for the table being most pizza was out and that is our favorite. We waited and went to go get it. They would only give us 4 small mini slices. Sort of half a small pie. I asked for the whole pizza for our group and was met with attitude. They said they only do half a pizza at a time. To come back later. We came back and still no pizza. The other pizza that was displayed had only one slice on each tray and looked terrible. There was no dessert as well. What kind of buffet has no food?? The woman manager was very confrontational and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never go back to this cicis ever again. We left very unhappy and extremely disappointed. I took pictures as proof. I gave it one star so I could warn you all. It deserves a big fat zero!

What do you people expect at this kind of restaurant? It's fast food it's not Capital Grill restaurant just deal with it there only there to cook food and to serve that's it we'll I enjoyed it for sure

False advertising, place closes at 9pm apparently instead of 10pm. And there sign up front for hours of operation has the sticker removed so you can even contest this. It’s Orlando everyone goes out to eat from 6-9. I use to work at a restaurant so I know what their doing but they should honor people still around 8-9 at least.
