Cheap and fast. Not the best pizza in town but kids love it

I will say, I have come across CiCi's that do not have the same quality of pizza and entree offerings that I have experienced at this location. The people at this location go far and beyond to make sure the quality is good, it is a well-kept restaurant. I commend management on having superior staff making it a great place. Abigail C., who conducts that staff accordingly, is always cordial in nature and makes you feel important the second you walk through your door. Places like CiCi's are pleasurable and operable when they have people like Abigail. This is not your typical pizza experience, a big hats off to the workers and the management of the operation and a big Kudos!

Place duty, no body was paying attention to detail, to clean anything!!!!, There were no napkins, when we asked for them, they point out one only location, and the rest fully empty (they didnt even want to fill the napkin baskets). The staff at the counter were listening music with headphones on and was not paying attention to customers asking for assistance. Awful place to be. It seems there was not supervisors on the place. No control at all.....

Extremely nice owner..Pizza's are made very cheaply and shows in taste but if you don't really care that the pizza tastes good and are just looking to get something quick to fill your stomach (i.e; hungry and tired little ones) this would be a good place for that situation :)

Absolutely horrible! No pizza on the buffet and no pasta at all. Girl up front aglrguing with customers and no staff apologizing to several upset customer. Would not recommend this place until the have more staff and friendlier staff

Worst Cici's I have ever been to. Pizza is never out, the blonde cashier that was running register tonight was rude and arguing with customers. They are mixing new pasta sauce with old. The last time we came we had issues and the manager did the right thing and took care of us and told me it was a fluke, but this experience is way worse than last time. I was told at 8pm that the soup would be out in 10 mins, it is now 8:45 and still no soup. I tried to give this location another shot and see if it was a fluke, but it wasn't. I will never return to this location.

There was no pizza put at all and the salad bar did not look fresh. Kids runnimg around everywhere without supervision it was awful.

One of the most poorly run CiCi's restaurants I've been to. Couldn't keep the bar up, staff was either rude or couldn't speak English, but every time you asked for something the just looked at you like you were stupid. No manager to be found. Paid for 5 people, left Hungry. Pretty sad place
Walked in and waited at the register for about 10 minutes with no service. The associate making the pizza looked at us through the kitchen window a few times but didn't bother to acknowledge to say someone was coming. The other associate was on the cell phone talking so after we got tired of waiting we just went next door to the burger barn. Looks like this place needs some Managment. I'd worry about the food if they cant even get the taking your money part correct.....
