The place was pretty empty, very clean and pizzas sitting out for long periods of time due to no people. They no longer offer personal pizzas. I asked for a few pizzas they didnt have out. The fresh baked ones were very good and fresh. One pizza I asked for was pinneaple and they made it half pepperoni. I am allergic and when expressing this to the manager he became upset and said I can eat without issues. Not knowing that I am fluent in Spanish, he then told his employee to make another pineapple pizza just pineapple because I was exaggerating and being difficult. I would not return here as I find it rude to try to argue with someone telling them nothing will happen. Will cicis pay my medical bills if I get a bad allergic reaction? Also it is very rude to talk about clients thinking they don't understand you.

It does the job. Pizza tastes good when it’s fresh... a little less so when it’s been sitting up there for a while. But, it’s cheap food and lots of it if that’s what you’re looking for. Especially if you can show a local ID... they have a resident discount. Next time I want to binge eat pizza, I’ll keep this place in mind.

So we have come there three time in three weeks. The young lady ( Astrid ) always welcomes everyone with a friendly manner and undoubtedly professional. Not only is the food including the salad fresh than any Cici's I have been to but way better than UNO where we last tried eating pizza but got served raw dough & located down the street. Astrid always goes beyond and makes all guest feel like they are valued and important. Astrid is the best thing to happen to Cici's since opening their doors. Great job Astrid keep up the amazing great work!! You deserve 5 stars!!

Ordered through them the other day and requested cutlery for the salad and ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, cheesey garlic bread and the aforementioned salad. Order took 15 minutes longer than the it said it would on the app, then arrived with no cutlery or even napkins and they had a pepperoni pizza instead of a buffalo chicken pizza.

What's worse is that pepperoni pizza is only good when the pizza is really good so that is sort of a pizza where you can really tell if the pizza is not that good. It's a flavor that really relies on the actually pizza being good and can't be masked by the other ingredients. Unfortunately, their pizza is not good so getting the order wrong and eating a bad pizza really wants me to never order again from there. Fortunately, I don't live nearby so I won't have to.
