I had such a fun time there went with my brother and friend while we had some downtime I've been before in another part of Florida and wanted to try it again. Loved it. Thanks for the great service and fresh food. The lunch buffet was worth it.

This cicis was organized and well managed. The employees were polite and patient with our big group. The pizza was great like always. We really loved the quick service. I encourage anybody to come here for a big group event it is worth it. Oh and remember that Florida residents have discounts here!

Lacking in toppings. Very little meat on the pizza. Mostly crust and sauce and a little cheese and a couple pieces of meat, if you can find any.

With Cicis it's all about the value! While it isn't exactly artisan pizza, its only a few dollars for the buffet and whatever pizza they don't have out they will make for you on request. The manager himself made a special pizza for me with no cheese because I am lactose intolerant. All of the employees were very nice!
Around 630p we arrived the placed to eat with my whole family of 10. When we went to get pizza they didn't have any in place of the buffet area. We have to wait 10min to get several slice of pizza. My spouse and I ask him for a specialized pizza and the manager was very arrogant and he stated no we are not doing it. The only professional staff is the cashier and the gentlemen cleaning in the dinning area. You guys need to have a professional manager who can deal with client and have a big store running like it's to be especially if your store is closer to Disney.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. First there was no pizza. Well, there were 3 slices with meat. So, I had to wait for a non-meat version. Then after 10 min there comes pizza. By then there was a line. The manager was very arrogant and rude. Never again.

Went here twice on our Disney vacation because the first time was such a great experience that we decided to go back again. Price is of course excellent, but more importantly the staff is super nice and very professional. All of the food was fresh, including the salad which was quite possibly the most fresh and crisp salad I have ever had at any restaurant! On our first visit while telling the manager how impressed we were with the staff and quality of the food, our son mentioned that he wished they had hamburger pizza. To which the manager replied, if we came back to ask right when we got there and they would make him one. And so we returned, did just that, and within 10 minutes our son had his own personal sized hamburger pizza! Desserts are good too, plenty of space to sit and you don't feel rushed. Not sure if all Cici's are the same, but this one is 5 stars all the way!!

The staff here is amazing!!!! I dropped my phone in the parking lot. Called 30min later they didn’t have it. About 15 after that they called back on their own free will to say that it was found and turned in!!!
