Booked a table for my best friend’s birthday. Everything was magic just like in the fairytales and the dinner was nop notch. Worth every single dime and the fireworks from inside of the castle is a must see!!!

Krisz our waitress made this the best meal ever! The castle was beautiful, we had an early breakfast. This is a fantastic way to see characters, get photos and autographs. Pastries were delicious, double cappuccino was tasty. Our meals were very scrumptious. Both plates were great portions of food. I know some people say they’re small but we found our portions to be perfect. We had a table 2020 which is against the windows and my daughter and I had a fabulous time. Each princess spent enough time at the tables visiting, chatting, laughing, and taking photos or signing autographs. Highly recommend if you want a magical experience, my daughter has never been so excited and happy. Like I said, our cast member was fantastic has been with the company for almost 50 years! She truly made this a wonderful dining experience, she was attentive, kind, and funny. We had an amazing character breakfast. We definitely felt like royalty

My wife and I first dined at the Royal Table 13 years ago on our honeymoon and it was magical. I would say it was a 5 star experience.

However, upon returning this Saturday for our wedding anniversary and to celebrate our 2 childrens’ first visit, the experience fell short of magical.

From feeling rushed with our orders and from eating, it was hard to fully share the atmosphere with our kids. When asking our server a question about the entertainment, we would get a reply of “I’m just a waiter”. It kind of dampened the mood of what was supposed to be our final dinner at the Magic Kingdom.

I’m hoping this was just an off-night for the staff because it seemed odd that I, a customer, needed to remind them to hand out swords and wands to the children around the restaurant.

80 bucks, kids get one blue crayon, adults get paper menus, kids get food court cups with a plastic top, very cheap decor for an overly expensive meal which was TINY, food was decent, total waste of money

Fantastic all around. We had a lunch reservation. It was a little confusing on check in as we checked in with multiple people. It was a wonderful experience for us and our daughters. Fun atmosphere. Great food. But my daughters favorite parts were of course the princeses. Each princess stopped and took pictures and interacted with both girls. Yes you do feel a little rushed, but hey, lots of others want to experience this and had to wait their turn. So the rush was understandable

The food here was actually a lot better than one might have imagined, and it was a really good way to meet a lot of Disney princesses. Our server Elmustafa was charming and helpful. On one level it was a "once in a lifetime" experience, but I'm sure we'll be back.

I am writing to share feedback from my recent visit, as I believe constructive comments can contribute to enhancing the guest experience.
Upon arrival, we were greeted at the hostess stand, but I was taken aback by the tone of the welcome. It felt somewhat uncomfortable when we were asked if we could afford the menu. I appreciate a warm and inviting atmosphere, and this initial interaction did not set that tone.
Our server, JR, unfortunately, did not seem to display the level of hospitality one would expect. He presented the straws by dropping them on the table, which felt somewhat lacking in courtesy. Additionally, I noticed that while serving, he placed his fingers inside the wine glasses, which left us feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of our drinks.
Traditionally, serving the ladies first is a common courtesy, yet my wife received her well done steak after I was served, and she was instead presented with my medium steak. This oversight was disappointing, and it was particularly frustrating that JR or the runner did not address it during the service.
Moreover, throughout our meal, the table was not cleared in a timely manner. I found myself stacking the empty dishes in hopes of bringing this to JR’s attention, only for him to continue walking by without acknowledging them.
I did enjoy my cocktail; it was well-balanced and likely crafted by a talented bartender. However, I was unable to finish my drink, and a good server should ideally check in to see if everything is satisfactory. Sadly, JR never inquired if I was satisfied with my drink, nor did he engage with us throughout our meal, which made the dining experience feel impersonal. Additionally, I found the overall atmosphere of the restaurant to be nothing special. It lacked the charm and ambiance that one might expect in a dining establishment, which contributed to the overall uninspired experience.
I also noticed that the restaurant does not offer bottled water, which is somewhat surprising, and the limited selection at the bar didn’t fully meet our expectations for a dining experience called by them “fine dining”.
When it came time for dessert, JR approached me for payment without presenting the check or waiting for us to finish, which felt rushed and inconsiderate, especially given the restaurant was at capacity.
Lastly, there was an error on the bill where I was charged for a bottle of Chablis instead of a glass, which further indicated a lapse in attentive service. I also want to note that I have a knee problem, and during our visit, the elevator was unfortunately not available. This made it quite difficult for me to access the restaurant and impacted my overall comfort.
As someone with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including owning and managing restaurants, I understand the importance of customer service in ensuring the success of a business. I sincerely hope that these observations can be taken into account to enhance the experience for future guests.

The food was awful. It was so salty, I couldn’t even eat it. We went for breakfast and I ordered steak and eggs.

The main reason to go, there is the experience of the dining room. The location is famous. I’ve wanted to eat there my entire life and when we finally did, I was not disappointed. My daughters loved the princesses and they were extremely Disney quality professional, and they were taking the extra time to make the children happy my daughters were starstruck. The food was really good. The service was great. We were very happy. It’s expensive, but it is the experience and the memory that you’re paying for, they give you a lot of food. I definitely would recommend. It’s hard to get reservations, but it’s worth it.

We had a 9:30 breakfast reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table about a week ago. The ambiance is wonderful, the princesses are great (Merida was the BEST! She had her accent down pat and interacted the most with our kiddos!), and the service was a bit slow. We came hungry and it took awhile to get our drink orders put in and the pastry try out for nibbling on. The chocolate chip pastries were wonderful, but everything else was a bit dry/pre-packaged tasting. I ordered the shrimp and grits (which was SUPER), my husband got the steak & eggs meal, which he thought was just okay, but where we were disappointed was the size of the kids meals. I guess I didn't realize how TINY the mickey waffle was. The side of fruit was a small ramekin, and my daughter got one slice of bacon and my son got one sausage link with the TINY waffle they each got. My kids are 4 and 5 (and small for their age), ate everything on their plates, and left hungry. I know you are paying for the princesses and the ambience, but for over $300 for breakfast, my pre-school children shouldn't be leaving hungry. I do think Disney could do better in this respect. We found that throughout the parks, most sit-down restaurants (minus family style places like garden grille) left our kids hungry since the meals were just way too small.

I can't imagine how difficult it is to work here. You have to put on a face of unwavering happiness and treat the guests literally like royalty. I could tell that the waitress and some princesses were exhausted. How could they not be?

The food was mediocre. For nearly $150 per person, I would expect better. The dessert my little brother received (ostensibly a sword in a boulder) looked like human waste (it was chocolate).

You're paying for the atmosphere and an unforgettable experience for your children, especially if you have a little girl. Thank you to the staff who are clearly stretched thin.

Service wasn't perfect, but I understand why.
