Pink Haired Lady at cashier was extremely rude, no food was prepared and was told it would at least be 30-40 minutes before food would be ready. Came back 40 minutes later, no pretzels. Was hoping to get a pretzel at a pretzel shop but guess that’s too much to ask for. A shop in an airport should not be running out of food at dinner time.

Must be this location because the cinnamon nuggets tasted almost stale. Not the soft, delicious nuggets that I have had at other locations. After a long day, very disappointing to say the least... At the airport so corporate AA probably doesn't care so it will never change for the better.
