Becky was absolutely amazing. Requested extra icing and she really knew how to spread on the icing and box up the cinnamon roll. Her technique is spot on and really deserves a big raise and a promotion.

First off: it’s a cinnamon roll. A bomb cinnamon roll. But even more Bomb is the manager Becky. She’s worth a million bucks. Hopefully that’s what they’re paying her. If not, she should be!
AWFUL STAFF EVEN MANAGER. We ordered 2 classic rolls and one was ridiculously smaller than the other. We asked nicely to the staff to change the smallest roll and showed them both so they can compare and they were soooo rude. The service was beyond awful. I don’t know what happened with quality and kind service.

Today 08/17/2024 about 11:45 am Bought a Cinnabon Swirl not enough Frosting on it, which I thought was disappointing. I asked the young man if he could put a little bit on top, the answer was I would have to pay $ 1,59. He could have just taken a bit from the tray it was resting on which they put in the Trash anyway. The Cinnebon Swirls were fresh out the oven and this is why the Frosting ran off onto the Tray they were resting on. As I was eating my Cinnabon I seen the young man who served me, cleaning his finger nails with a plastic fork. This is extremely disgusting. In front of customers ??. Second Time I have been disappointed with this company. Apart from that, your Products are nice. I enjoyed the Swirl anyway.

The quality of the cinnamon rolls was as good as usual. I also ordered churros. I can only advise against Davin. They are not freshly fried but warmed up. As a result, they were hard and didn't taste particularly good.

Never been to Cinnabon before, so I thought since I’m on vacation, I will attempt to enjoy some Cinnabon for the first time, but when I went to order something, there was a nasty associate with the biggest attitude When I was trying to make my order so after that, I just told her forget about the order I’ll go to Starbucks. So I want to think that associate for ruining my first experience
