I see why this location has poor reviews. I went up to the cashier and showed her the birthday promo which is a 16 oz brew of coffee and she immediately says we don’t do that before I can finish my sentence. Maybe if you abided by the promos of the company and had a better attitude the ratings would improve. Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend, especially after a long flight. Very rude.

Ladies were rude. Not worth the visit definitely not worth the business.
I don't generally do reviews but since I paid 28.07 dollars for something I had to throw in the trash I will. I look forward to traveling through MCO so I can stop for cinnabons. I bought 4 fresh from the oven, got home and realized they were garbage. The were hard and could not be eaten. Not like I can get my money back since I don't live there.
Lovely employees and delicious hot food!
Miserable staff with no customer service skills.
Friendly staff, warm gooey roll, and a perfect coffee. Thank you!
It’s 5pm and the 2 ladies that are working said “they’re tired and don’t feel like making any more of anything”.They’re playing on their phones and hanging out and have nothing to serve.
Good Pretzel!ok price for an airport place
Very bad! No box! Bad service! 0 star
5 people working and all of them were super grumpy. One lady was extremely mad that I wanted to pay in cash and she wanted to go to break but was on the only register that accepted cash. Food was ok. It tasted a bit old. Not fresh at all. The line was long to order. Watched one employee grab a cup from their supply, pour a bit of lemonade and down a handful of pills. (hopefully it was Tylenol....but wait, was she sick?)

It is 6:30 am and I am, once again, in Orlando for a layover. My first time here I could smell something delicious but I couldn't locate the source, but that time was the middle of the night and this time it's the morning. Guess what? The Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's combo is open.Lemme say this: the last time I was here the Orlando airport experience left something to be desired (see my profile for those interested) but today I am extremely impressed, I can confidently say that this is because of The Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's combo. Sweet baby Jesus and the grown one too, and I mean that as a compliment.Have you ever gone to a pretty well-known food chain at different locations? And you know the food is "the same" but somebody in one kitchen knows what they doin more than the other places? Hats off to this establishment because mmmmyummmyyumyumyum. Google only lets me give five stars but you're a 10/10.On top of that, the entire stuff was hustling like it was what they were born doing, and all of them were cheerful and friendly. Also, whoever picks the music here needs to get promoted cause y'all got us out here at 6am, poppin our hoohas to Renaissance. That's pretty much it but listen, y'all keep it up fr. You made my day better, and everyone who came through that line left with a smile on their face so you're doing something right!
I dont know what it is about Cinnabon, but you just cannot walk by without smelling the fresh dough and cinnamon. Every time it just pulls you in, and you cant just have one, you have to buy a box of 6 or dozen to take with you
