Great when they have live music- recommend hot dishes like shepherd's pie. Service can be hectic when busy, but still attentive.

Wife had the Beef and mushroom pie, I had the Shepard Pie, daughters had the beef Pasty’s, and other daughter had Potato Leek soup and sausage rolls. (They were out of scotch eggs, apparently they sell quick!)
We used to go here when we were dating and love the atmosphere then and nearly 30 years later they do not disappoint. The pub has plenty of Guinness so go say hi to the folks in the pub for me! Simply a wonderful place.

Food was great, our server was very friendly and good atmosphere. Music was a little too loud and they don't serve liquor is about the only negative thing I have to say. I would definitely recommend and would go back.

A cozy cottage serving traditional Irish fare. You can never go wrong with their shepard's pie & Guinness. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, though it can get busy at times. They have live Irish folk music of select evenings that are absolutely worth checking out.

This is such a great pub. Ordered the dubliner, the stew and bread pudding and was surprised at how good the food is. They have meat pies on the menu I can’t wait to go back and try. Live music darts and Irish vibes, what more could you ask for!
