Called 10:30AM today no answer. So I pass by after BJ’s I get here around 1:45PM. Sign on store says Be back at 2. I run to Walmart to burn some time get back at 2:20PM and still no one. Mind you I have ice cream in the car and I came back to give this clown show the benefit of the doubt to come back to pay $22 for a juice I could’ve made myself for leas than half!

Why do the hours say till 8:00pm and at 5:50pm it’s closed. I went to another location at 4:50 a few weeks ago and it had closed early too. Giving up on this chain because the hours are never correct

It’s called clean juice but there’s only 4 juices on the menu. It’s not even juice it’s just watery smoothies, and service was extremely slow

The food was ok. I had a protein bowl but they forgot the chicken. The Java Chip smoothie was good. I had a side of fruit but it looked like it was going bad.

Usually everyone is nice but today there was an a heavy set white woman there and she was super rude and told me they didn't have half the stuff that was supposed to go in my order, I told her it was ok and she could just substitute it with something else and she said she couldn't on top of that the chicken she used was disgusting cold and hard the food looked like she just threw it together I had to throw it away and loose my money

Came in today waited along with other people and there was no one there! No one behind the counter even opened the kitchen door and yelled hello no one came out! It was like 20 min of waiting before we left! Crazy!!

Always randomly closed during the busiest times and order has been wrong the last few visits when they are open. I enjoy this franchise but some of the locations are really hit or miss

It is expensive and has almost nothing, the açaí bowl looks like a smoothie and is super incomplete. I love acai and I like to try it in different places but sadly The acai at this place has definitely been one of the worst I have ever tried ?
