I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich. I saw the menu before my trip and was looking forward to it.After waiting in a massive unorganised line I was really excited. Once finding a table I took a bite and realise they completely missed out on the sauce. The chicken was so dry and I couldn’t even cut it as it had clearly been left under the lamp for hours.I’m surprised I didn’t get sick.Whatever you do. DO NOT EAT HERE

Have been here several times, not only had the prices steeply gone up but the quality gravely went down. Last time the waffles were moist and fresh and the chicken was crispy. This time, everything was very dry and mostly flavorless. A family of four was over $80 for lunch, and that’s with only three drinks. The average person cannot afford to come here. The most expensive lunch of our trip was fast food of a lower quality than McDonalds.The setup of this restaurant remains chaotic and unorganized, and while the kitchen crew were friendly, their work stations were in disarray.

Anything Simpsons in Amazing. so stepping into the world of Simpsons makes the Atmosphere 5 stars. Last year the food was really good especially for "quick eats" at a theme park. This year it was disappointing. Not to mention the wait was horrendous, and the employee their definitely looked like he was over it all.

As an immersive exhibit showcasing everything Simpsons, this is 5 stars. As a restaurant serving quality food, this is only 1 star. Wait time is very long; just like the rides, you have to wait to be let in to order your food. Choices here are plenty since they combined krusty burger with cletus's chicken shack and the frying dutchman. But what's the point of choices when they all taste awful and overly salted? I suggest you go somewhere else to fuel up rather than throw your money down the trash here.

Worst food in the whole park. I had the chicken waffle sandwich combo with milkshake. The waffles and chicken were dry as dust and almost inedible. I had to eat the milkshake with a spoon because the paper straws were completely useless. Fortunately, the waffles were still edible when dipped in the milkshake. So better to go somewhere else!

Where the hell was management here?? I saw 4 employees just sitting in a clump talking- none of the napkin dispensers were filled, silverware and condiments were low on stock. These kids clearly work the floor, but didn’t even manage to try stocking something till I asked. Turns out they never restocked, they just took a napkin package out, opened it and asked me to take some from his hands- what a lazy employee.There also were no trays for the food we ordered. The chicken and waffle sandwich was nasty! The waffles portion was cold and the chicken itself was average- the only thing decently fresh were the tomatoes and lettuce for the sandwich. Tator tots were fresh, but if they can serve out of the so called food warmer they will- which the majority of the food was lukewarm at best.This place needs a makeover, or new management because it’s absolute trash! You deserve your low park ratings for sure. Stay away from this place!
