Absolutely terrible, the chicken breast was dry and had no taste at all, and also stiff, the fries were wierd balls and felt uneven and uncooked. The prices are high and the later we found out she made a mistake and charged us for more expensive enteree that we did not take. Also, there are lack of tables and the place is noisy. Just avoid it.

I really enjoy the food and atmosphere in Springfield. The chicken at Cletus' is some of the best I've had. The flavors of the sandwiches just meld together nicely.
The line can be a bit long though as they have melded 3 lines into one. So you start all at one place then only switch to your individual preference once you get to the front.

We ate here a little late. Actually, it was about a half hour before the restaurant closed. We had the Double Batter Chicken Platter. We were expecting subpar food, but surprisingly, the chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn were excellent. Applause to the servers, they worked extremely hard. Love the atmosphere with all the Simpsons regalia.

I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich. I saw the menu before my trip and was looking forward to it.After waiting in a massive unorganised line I was really excited. Once finding a table I took a bite and realise they completely missed out on the sauce. The chicken was so dry and I couldn’t even cut it as it had clearly been left under the lamp for hours.I’m surprised I didn’t get sick.Whatever you do. DO NOT EAT HERE

Have been here several times, not only had the prices steeply gone up but the quality gravely went down. Last time the waffles were moist and fresh and the chicken was crispy. This time, everything was very dry and mostly flavorless. A family of four was over $80 for lunch, and that’s with only three drinks. The average person cannot afford to come here. The most expensive lunch of our trip was fast food of a lower quality than McDonalds.The setup of this restaurant remains chaotic and unorganized, and while the kitchen crew were friendly, their work stations were in disarray.

Anything Simpsons in Amazing. so stepping into the world of Simpsons makes the Atmosphere 5 stars. Last year the food was really good especially for "quick eats" at a theme park. This year it was disappointing. Not to mention the wait was horrendous, and the employee their definitely looked like he was over it all.
