They took my order, than start making but instead of giving to me while it’s already ready the barista if I can even call her that starts making other ones just Fing give to me and do others why you gotta make me wait for no reason when it’s already ready? Especially when I had to leave due to emergency. The worst part she didn’t even blend it good and just put the cream on top for Frappuccino. The vanilla bean was not even mixed and on top of that she didn’t close lid good so it was dropped. Disappointed. She is keep saying one second and laughing or smiling. We couldn’t even enjoy it. I wish I could get my money back not worth it.

Great location for a cafe, I just wish there other options instead of just Starbucks coffee.

We got the Monster funnel cake. It was okay and good for a $24-ish dessert that all 4 of us could eat off of. Staff took a bit to acknowledge us and a while to get it to us even though there was no line and about 5 employees around. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them.

Just awful button machine Starbucks coffee. You must be desperate if you drink this coffee. Doesn'tatter what you order, it's all expensive and terrible.

Only thing offered is cold or hot coffee. Menu has many options but they don’t have any of it. Girl was rude, spilled soda on my child, did not apologize but laughed. Place was dirty had to check out with a different person, set up is terrible.

$8 for a doughnut - disgraceful
I get that young girls need money for work, but personality needs to step up and stop mocking people who have an accent and not from this country. They are young but need to learn respect for customers around the world. There is nothing here we usually order on the normal, out of everything to drink throughout the day. And not always using gloves touching food.
Nearly flavorless coffee
Possibly the worst store in SeaWorld. Confusing ordering and paying system. Understaffed all the time, even at weekends. The lady at the register has that unhelpful smugness. Bad association for the Starbucks brand; I would just pull my brand coffee out of this venue.

Specifically referring to their stand, not the bigger walk-in store. The Starbucks brand is plastered over everything, but it is hardly represented in reality. Not many people were in line, but the shop only had two employees at the most doing everything (taking and making orders). You’d be luckier to get a premade donut rather than waiting around for a drink to be made. It’s a small menu; how’d you already forget what I ordered? And WHY are the people who ordered after me getting their drinks earlier? And everything costs more than regular Starbucks PLUS a surcharge on top of it all; for service like this?? Laughable.

Very disappointed today! My nephew asked for a vanilla Frappuccino, and they told us there was none? No Frappuccino at a coffee shop??? How is that??? We left and got one for them down the road!

Starbucks coffee and the best in both sweet and savoury treats!
