About what can be expected from a Hyatt poolside bar & grill. Service was good. Menu unexciting or diverse, but burger I got was tasty. Prices are about as bad as Disney, with auto gratuity for any check. So it ain't cheap, but that's the price you pay for convenience.

I don't know if we just caught them on a bad day but the food was not great and frankly way overpriced. I understand that you're paying for convenience, but honestly I'd recommend getting food delivered from anywhere else (like I did the second time).
I got a Caeser Salad which was on the smaller side for an entree, but it was still manageable. However, I paid extra to add chicken and I get 3 very dry strips. My wife got a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken on hers was also tiny and also dry. The size of the chicken really caught us off guard because I had the grilled chicken sandwich from room service the night before and the chicken was literally double the size.
On the bright side, the tenders we got for our son were normal sized and they gave a bunch of fries.

Chicken strips and fries were a hit. Very busy poolside.

Love the pool, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there three consecutive days and have no problem tipping 20%+.There were a couple okay servers and one terrible one.The terrible server, her service was extremely slow and she was forgetful. She forgot our drinks after I went to the bar to order, she was there and wanted to manage it as part of our tab. We waited 30+mins for her to swing by an tell us she forgot, then she slowly got the drinks and my order wasn't correct. I didn't have another 45mins to wait so I just drank it.Given the automatic tip amounts they treat customers like they work in Miami where the structure is the same and the service is slow and terrible. If you're there, you're likely better off going to the bar yourself or going to Descend21 where the drinks are better.I'd also avoid the frozen drinks, they are usually melted by the time you get them.

Very clean and well maintained pool area. They even have free beach towels. Just swipe ur room key and a fairly decent towel is despensed. There is a reverse dispenser for returning the towel. I didn't eat but we had a margaritas. Sadly it was a pretty weak drink - and about 8 oz - that cost 14 bucks each. Bartender wasn't very friendly. Got the vibe she wanted to be anywhere but there. Attitude didn't change with a generous tip either. Good for her I guess...she can't be bought : )

Flew in from Denver today and hit the pool immediately upon check in. Cute little poolside bar with Pina Coladas and other such tasty drink. Also had an amazing lunch. A bit on the pricey side but, I'm in Orlando so it's too be expected.

It's a great place to lay beside the pool. Friendly and attentive staff, landscaping is very appropriate.
