The longest hair in my Birthday cake Birthday Cake Remix™. Completely unacceptable has to throw it away. I am pregnant all i was craving and it just made me barf and have to throw it away. The Our Strawberry Blonde® has no strawberries or graham crackers. This is super disappointing and a waste of money.

Variety of flavors to enjoy, the service is great, just waited a couple of minutes. Location is kids friendly.

My wife and I love coming to this specific cold stone because they carry coconut flavored ice cream. It’s hard to find it at other cold stones. The ice cream is always on point and made with love. The employees are always very nice and keep it moving since the shop is relatively always busy.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was overcharged, and the topping I requested was not added to my order. When I politely asked about it, the employees were rude and uncooperative. As a regular customer, this was extremely frustrating. It seems the younger staff may not have proper training in customer service. At the very least, there should be an adult or manager present to handle situations like this with professionalism and respect.

It was close to 15 min to closing time and the girls did not want to serve us ice cream because they were cleaning up already. We still ordered and they complained the whole time. Horrible service.

Limited flavors, always seem to be out of some kind of ingredients. You have 3 employees on & 6 people on line, & you still end up waiting about 40 minutes before you get to your order. Nobody smiles & everyone seems to look as if they are miserable, they no longer put a decent amount, they now less for a much higher price. They request tip but can not even look you in your eye while asking, which is strange. There is only 2 chairs inside with one table, with decent amount of space to put more chair's & tables inside especially when you have to wait over 5 minutes for each order to be made. This place use to be amazing years ago, just seems as it went down hill since.

Small choice of ice cream flavors the sugar-free is not sugar-free. It's just not sugar added it so yes there's still carbs in dairy. If you're counting the store had a slight odor to it. The service was decent they give you free samples so that was good. nowhere to sit downnice that it has a late hours.

The owner here needs to pay these poor girls more. Thats why noone wants to work. This is why theyre slow.

Was a fan of CC back in the day but this establishment was terrible in every way. Got there at around 9pm and waited for almost 50 mins in line to get served. They took their sweet time with orders and were incredibly slow. Poor attitudes. After all that wait the ice cream tasted freezer burned. Plus the ambiance was nonexistent. They didn’t even have music playing. Never coming back to this location unless they make some big changes.
