I placed an online order 2 days ago for today at 12:00pm for a birthday cake, I used my lunch break to pick up the cake. I arrived at 11:57am and waited till 12:17pm, the place was still closed with lights off, no one would answer the phone and it started to rain so I ended up leaving. Not only did I spend my lunch break trying to pick up this cake but I had to pay tolls so I can arrive on time and make it back to work with out being late, I did all that and came back to the office with no cake! So if anyone was planning on buying a cake during lunch breaks for people at work just go to publix its faster and cheaper.

They were absolutely rude! We came in for my husband’s birthday at 9pm and spent 20 minutes waiting in line and the staff acted like we were completely invisible! There was a young Caucasian girl with short brown curly hair on staff that was more concerned talking to her friends who were behind us then even saying “we will be with you shortly”. Then there was a male redhead that stopped taking orders when we got up to the counter and started taking dishes. There was no acknowledgement or hospitality. It honestly felt a bit racist and this was the first we’ve been treated like this at a Coldstone. Shame on you

I was very impressed by how dirty the place is, unpleasant smell, super dirty ice cream refrigerator, this should not happen anywhere, especially a place that offers food for children.

Took my wife and son to get Ice cream and the atmosphere was such a joy... Definitely recommend this location.

Whoever the crew that was on service 5/26/2024 at 6pm really needs better training or some sort of protocol. Not only are the staff pretty rude to the customers and don't acknowledge what you're saying.. We witnessed one of them come into their shift without washing their hands or putting on gloves and went straight into making someone's order. There's no order of operation, so instead of one person taking the order of one party so that another staff member can help the next person in line, the entire staff caters to one person at a time. When my ice cream was being assembled and I asked for extra graham crackers, she literally had an attitude doing so. Would def give 0 starts if i could.

The ice cream was great. However, when I walked into the store no one was at the counter and all of the workers were in the back. While in the store you heard rap music, which is not an issue. However, the rap music included profanity. There were children inside the store while music was playing using the F word. This is unacceptable! This is an ice cream shop not a club!
