It was close to 15 min to closing time and the girls did not want to serve us ice cream because they were cleaning up already. We still ordered and they complained the whole time. Horrible service.

Limited flavors, always seem to be out of some kind of ingredients. You have 3 employees on & 6 people on line, & you still end up waiting about 40 minutes before you get to your order. Nobody smiles & everyone seems to look as if they are miserable, they no longer put a decent amount, they now less for a much higher price. They request tip but can not even look you in your eye while asking, which is strange. There is only 2 chairs inside with one table, with decent amount of space to put more chair's & tables inside especially when you have to wait over 5 minutes for each order to be made. This place use to be amazing years ago, just seems as it went down hill since.

Small choice of ice cream flavors the sugar-free is not sugar-free. It's just not sugar added it so yes there's still carbs in dairy. If you're counting the store had a slight odor to it. The service was decent they give you free samples so that was good. nowhere to sit downnice that it has a late hours.

The owner here needs to pay these poor girls more. Thats why noone wants to work. This is why theyre slow.

I was the only one customer at the whole store, and even so, the service was horrible, not even wait for me to place the entire order, she prepared what she assumed.

Was a fan of CC back in the day but this establishment was terrible in every way. Got there at around 9pm and waited for almost 50 mins in line to get served. They took their sweet time with orders and were incredibly slow. Poor attitudes. After all that wait the ice cream tasted freezer burned. Plus the ambiance was nonexistent. They didn’t even have music playing. Never coming back to this location unless they make some big changes.

The ice cream was delicious as always but the only problem is the lack of employees because there was only 1 employee and a lot of hungry and hot customers. I would return but cold stone needs to fix this!

Service was awful and unacceptable. I arrived around 12:15pm today. I wanted to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. When we entered, there was a young man visible but did not acknowledge us. I waited several minutes before he made eye contact with me. I showed him the cake I wanted but needed it bigger. He told me they have some in the back and went to check but he didn't. A young lady came out to assist me. I once again told her what I wanted it and she told me that they didn't anything else available so I told her I would like to order it. She said on and walked into the back but never came back out and the young man started making ice cream like I was not present. I thought the young lady would come back out to take my order but she didn't. I waited several more minutes and was still not properly help because no one had put in my order. I finally got the young man's attention and he told me I have to order online. I was mind blown by this service. It's not issue of ordering online but not acknowledging my wants as a customer and making me feel invisible. I did not order online and went elsewhere.

Ordered custom cake on March 5, 2025 to be ready on March 31, 2025 for a birthday. When I arrived, no cake just excuses and insincere apologies. Won’t shop here again!!

Bad costumer service

The ice cream is very tasty but the service today was very bad a girl who speaks English and Spanish had a very bad attitude, we felt that she was pressuring us to order, when we started eating our ice creams and we sat at a table she came to where we are and asked us to get up because they were already going to close. It was 10:50 and there were still many people occupying the tables and barely tidying up and people kept entering the establishment. I think it's disrespectful since we paid for a product in a place that gives you spaces to enjoy your ice cream and the place wasn't closed yet so I don't understand his attitude. My friend felt very bad about her attitude and asked her if she was upset and she replied that she has been from the morning shift until the closing and that they were already going to close, to which she gives me to understand that she was tired which is understandable, but it is what you are willing to go through for being in this type of job she should consider the idea of having another job

Had a great experience with a scheduled Uber order for birthday cupcakes! I wasn’t seeing the order progress on my end and when I called they took care of that right away and even added a special note! I forget the name of the woman who helped me me but she was so sincere and helpful :) thank you!
