I have never experienced this kind of service at any Cold Stone before. I waited over 35 minutes, and not a single staff member asked me what I needed. They were busy doing their own work and completely ignored the customers standing in line.
Even when I told them I was getting late for my flight, they still didn’t respond. They were moving extremely slow and said they were “working on online orders,” but they were not taking any in-store orders. Everyone in the line was waiting with no communication.
This was honestly a waste of time coming here, and very disappointing service. They really need to improve their customer handling and speed.

Poor customer service from the time I walked into the store. I got a medium and they gave me basically a sample size! $10 for basically nothing. When I kindly asked them to add a little More since it was such a small amount they said no. Very young staff and very inexperienced with customer service. I will never go back and do not recommend this location. Disappointed

Understaffed and Overwhelmed
I recently visited the Cold Stone Ice Cream location lee vista and was shocked to see over 10 people waiting in line with only ONE employee working. The poor staff member was overwhelmed, handling both ice cream preparation and payment processing alone.
As a customer, it was frustrating to wait for so long, and I felt bad for the employee who was clearly struggling to keep up.
Owner, please take note: understaffing not only affects customer satisfaction but also employee well-being. Invest in adequate staffing to provide better service and a more enjoyable experience for everyone!
Until then, I'll think twice before visiting this location again.

So I gotta say I know.I should have known coming here. Maybe I could have played things different, but I didn't. I went here. Craving some ice cream, craving cookie dough ice cream. I went there not Kneading dessert. I tried the blueberry cobbler because they add free samples. It was delicious. I got sucked into buying a bigger size. Because I can mix two scoops in the Love it size. I tried to get that special cookie dough one I want to pay and it was $10 which is insane. Then I noticed that the cone costs $2 unreal. But I realize there's nothing I can do. And I did not want to be a Wiener. So I took my first bite and the first thing I could taste. What's peanut butter? I don't hate peanut butter, but I really don't like it. As a dessert. I was very disappointed and I was like this is peanut butter and the man or the young dude that I ordered it from clearly made a mistake and he's like I thought you said this and I said no. I wanted the cookie dough. Whatever I felt bad because his manager was right there. And his manager said we can add cookie dough. And even though I just wanted 2 return it and get a refund one I didn't want to waste the food 2 I just felt bad for this dude because it was a mistake but it wasn't what I ordered at all. Period so then he added cookie dough, but after I walked out, it just was overwhelming peanut butter. I just spent $11 on something that was horrible for me. Something that I didn't mean something that was overpriced and something that I didn't even enjoy. Overall, I have to say that I'm happy because I will never come back to coldstone creamery ever again. It is not worth it. The lowest priced size is $7. That is absolutely insanity. And if I didn't walk 15 minutes, I probably would have walked out 100% my fault. I won't ever go back here again. These prices are absolutely insane. And the product is not that great, especially when you don't get the product that you want. But ultimately, that man's mistake led to me living a life without outrageously priced ice cream. Thank you for that dude

The service was tremendous first time going there didn't know what to get and the suggestion that was given to me was some of the best ice cream I've eaten. Would definitely be back.
Alyssa. TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE.Will NEVER return to this location. What a terrible employee attitude for this location. Paid $14+ for an ice cream that she was apparently too bothered to make right. Hope manager sees this and handles Alyssa's attitude accordingly. Terrible experience.
