Absolutely horrible customer service. All 4 ladies were rude and couldn’t be bothered to even provide a sample. I understand it’s busy but a sign should be provided saying no samples. My daughter really wanted ice cream so she just chose on the fly. The cashier was the worst of them all. She did not greet us asked me several times how many people I was paying for and had to loudly say 1 every time. She wouldn’t scan my card and I had to ask for a receipt I guess the girth of her hand made it to difficult for her to even hand me my receipt. Please retrain these employees its a shame
Horrible.. there was a sharp needle(pin) in the Icecream and my wife was bleeding in her mouth luckily she didn’t swallow it with the icecream… when we shown it to the sales people in the store they were really casual about it and didn’t looked worried at all. We are lucky my kids didn’t get this needle in there icecream .. it would have a unimaginable situation if they swallowed this sharp needle which Is inside the icecream

Charges our gift card, told us they couldn't accept it and charged our card. Found out today the charge on the gift card went through when we tried to use the gift card again. These people robbed us of 10 dollars. Unacceptable.
This cold stone seemed mismanaged. The employees look like they’ve been over worked or want out as soon as possible and don’t pay attention to what’s happening. We were charged for a large when we ordered a smaller size because they passed us off to another server without communicating to one another.
The place looked dirty with ice cream and toppings everywhere. The counter didn’t look like it was cleaned since yesterday. No hairnets were worn.

The ice cream at this store is undeniably excellent today—rich flavors, creamy texture, and a range of unique options that are sure to please any dessert enthusiast. However, the overall experience was tainted by the attitude of the staff. Both employees we interacted with were unnecessarily rude and grumpy, displaying a lack of basic courtesy that left a bad impression.
Customer service is a critical part of any business, and no matter how good the product is, it’s hard to enjoy when met with hostility or indifference. A simple smile or polite interaction could have transformed this visit from disappointing to delightful. I hope the management addresses this issue, as the quality of the ice cream deserves to be matched by a more welcoming atmosphere.

My brother wanted to try a sample of pumpkin ice cream and they said they don't do samples so he had to stick to what he always gets and it was his birthday. Coldstone usually offers samples so not sure of the difference here. Ice cream was otherwise good as usual.
I wish you could give zero stars, but you can’t. The ice cream was good, but that is only positive I have to say. To start Lexi and Ariel were walking as slow as snails and were chewing gum so loudly. Lexi finally came to take our order and she made it well. Ariel on the other hand gave me 4 gummy bears and hardly mixed in my brownie. She did the same for my dad. I usually love cold stone, but this disappointed me and I will NEVER be coming back. Please put Lexi and especially Ariel in their place. It will be greatly appreciated for everyone.

I thought the first time I went was a one-off bad experience and that the person working was having a bad day but I tried again a couple of days later and they seem to all have the same terrible attitude, it was deflating… no greetings, or smiles, or anything nice - I would rather just serve my own ice cream and save them the suffering of having to deal with customers?? They can pop a smile and a laugh between each other but look to a stranger and not mutter a word or crack even the slightest of pleasant looks. The customer service in Orlando has been below average but this was exceptionally bad.

Ice cream was good. But it was our fist time visiting the shop and the staff was really unhelpful.
Neither of the 2 people that served us mentioned anything as to prices, what was included or how anything worked.
We had to specifically ask for everything, toppings, sauce and weather we wanted the cup or the waffle. Got charged for mixing out 2 flavors and that was also poorly done.
Evrythig else seemed pretty good but they got to hire better staff, specially here where it gets crowded

I waited in line thinking the hot cocoa machine was coffee. It wasn’t working but there was no way Kenny was letting me leave without I waited in line for. He walked with me to another of his locations (not cold stone) and made sure in got what I had waited for. Thank you Kenny for going above and beyond. Thank you for being a kind human being and for the friendly conversation.

The ice-cream is always world class in here. However the staff leave a lot to be desired, namely Denise, who isn't very De-Nice. She was rude, unhelpful and thoroughly miserable.

The ice creams here are amazing and well worth the price. You can build your own or pick one from the menu there is hundreds of combinations you could come up with. You can also have a cone or a cup. We always have a large cup and it's easily shareable.
