There was a bit of a wait in line, but nothing too bad — it’s understandable since they mix the ice cream and toppings on the spot.
We ordered three small cups. You’re not allowed to mix flavors, which was disappointing. The strawberry sorbet was terrible — no strawberry flavor at all, just really bad. I ended up throwing almost the whole thing away. The chocolate was just okay, and the mint chocolate was the only one that actually tasted good.
What bothered me most was the lack of hygiene. I saw one of the workers drop a scoop of ice cream onto her own clothes and then put it into a customer’s cup. They also handled money and served ice cream without changing gloves. The place looked unclean overall, and it left a bad impression.

My goodness…that was the worst experience of my life. All I wanted was a small bowl of ice cream for the kids…the way the server was acting, it was as though I had asked her for her first child. The rudest, condescending person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting…thankfully I’ll never meet the woman again or visit this hell hole of a place.

They have the wrong hours posted....we came to city walk from our hotel just for Cold Stone and we were told oh well they are wrong on line....

Today, my baby and husband and I went to this store to get ice cream. In a place where thousands of tourists from different countries visit every day, it's incredibly rude that they find our meager English skills amusing. We ordered two orders, strawberry and vanilla. The male and female employees laughed at us, which made us very angry. We own our own stores. We would never allow our employees to treat our customers so rudely. I hope someone in charge reads this message. You could be more patient and understanding with your customers.

Walked in, two female workers looked at each other, said something and ignored me! I waited a few more minutes, they continued their conversation, with lots of expressive language about personal experiences and continued their conversation! I was definitely an inconvenience! I walked out without purchasing! Dreadful service! DREADFUL!

The worst experience I ever had. The first worker there didn't want to take my order. He pointed me to the African American girl next to him. I asked if I should give her the order. She gave a disgusted look. I wanted to walk out. But my kids really wanted an ice cream. So I stayed. I asked for a small. She gave me a large. After she put the ice cream in the cup, she slammed the cup on top of the counter and walked away.

Ray killed it today! You can tell he’s new but he had a great smile and attitude when a very difficult customer was in line. We had the best service with Ray! Ice creamy was very pleasant and cold on this hot day!
