Ray killed it today! You can tell he’s new but he had a great smile and attitude when a very difficult customer was in line. We had the best service with Ray! Ice creamy was very pleasant and cold on this hot day!
I like cold stone a lot. But I was worried after reading other reviews about this outlet.
I also received a bit of rude treatment. A staff served me a soft scoop, molten noticeably. After complaining about it she gave some excuses. But Mr. Sen corrected it immediately when he noticed it. Served me hard ice cream the way I like it.

Never heard of this chain before, but my 19 year old son said we must visit when we were heading into Islands of Adventure. And so glad we did!
