Always good service, super clean and fast. Tonight the young man behind the counter was so friendly and went out of his way to entertain us and make conversation. Definitely deserves some recognition. Keep it up!

Every week my experience is better than the previous one, the attention is always a 💯 from the Cold Stone team, the goats are the best, they make me feel at home and as for their wonderful ice creams, each creation is wonderful, their texture, softness and creaminess Cold Stone is a 100/100

I felt robbed

I went on a random Tuesday morning, me and my 25 group of high school students. Any other place would’ve probably gotten fed and up given us attitude, but not here. A young man named Geo kindly took all of our orders and he even did this awesome trick in which the students hilariously hyped them up and he did it around a good 30 more times just to make us laugh. Not to mention the ice cream was phenomenal as always. Keep making people smile Geo, it’s making a difference.

Nice place, lots of choices, I find the price could be a bit more competitive otherwise I recommend for someone, a couple or family 🍦

Amazing customer services. They do tricks by throwing ice cream on the air plus the store is very clean and in an amazing location with a public parking in the back . Definitely coming back !!

Leiliann was ridiculously phenomenal!!!! She greeted every customer even when already assisting others, she single-handedly took care of 10 super rowdy middle schoolers all with a smile on her face AND in under 12 mins. (It seemed her coworkers were on lunch break or simply hadn’t started their shift yet). She was incredibly patient with each one even through mind changes and rowdiness. She still greeted and assisted other customers throughout this.

She immediately after had a family who dropped their drink on the floor, she kindly and quickly got them napkins while grabbing a mop and did not forget the wet floor sign. She then apologized for that taking a moment and proceeded to make their order. Her coworkers returned and offered to complete that order and she politely said she would finish it for them.

She didn’t hesitate on any request and clearly KNOWS the menu even with special requests. She is a true asset to your company!!!!

Dietary restrictions: I’m so very grateful that they have added the Silk chocolate almond milk option. I have always LOVED Cold Stone but within the last few years I developed dietary allergies and restrictions. Having this delicious alternative is very appreciated!!
