It is completely unacceptable to send food items via Uber Eats with NO protective seals.Some sweaty kid delivering our items in OPEN CONTAINERS and bags is scary.Also, why do you (or the 3rd party companies) not provide thermal bags of some sort?!???♀️By the time the order shows up, it's just mush.Could you imagine ordering hundreds of dollars worth of treats for an office party or birthday or something for convenience and it all shows up liquid and unsealed?This is all just ridiculous.You sell ICE CREAM.

She even offered us a chance to save by enrolling in the rewards program. Very clean and staff was friendly. This cold stone is great! Plenty of parking and by Icon park! What I love about this location is they are partners with Rocky Mountain candy! They also have ice cream cakes! This location is close to disney and stays open late! Everything was really fresh and we were greeted upon entering! Also right next door there is a ticket shop!! You can always buy all.of your theme park tickets in one place!Also if you like chuys tex mex it's walking distance to cold stone!As for the ice cream there are many different flavors to choose from and so far I like the sweet cream,cotton candy,and peanut butter and chocolate Also they make root beer floats at this location which was delicious! My son got the Pink barbie cotton candy with sweet cream and sprinkles it was really good! I always get the chocolate dipped waffle cones! Which they make in house!! This location is also wry busy near icon park so just know that! Also don't forget to download the app and start earning the rewards towards free ice cream!!
