Always go to this location. The service is efficient and staff very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the peanut butter cup perfection.

I always come here , tonight I got melted ice cream literally I don’t know what they did but it was melted and handed to me in a bag . I don’t like to complain so I just left but they must of mushed it a lot idk !! I got the founders and birthday cake remix .

Went in with some friends on a Saturday night- despite it being busy the staff was super attentive. Shawn was fantastic!

It smelled so bad in hear I couldn’t even order.Smelled like a very old dirty mop and it was very strong

I didn't catch their name but the person who served me was absolutely amazing and deserves the world and a raise. They made me a tub of knock off americone dream with fudge pieces and a crumpled waffle bowl and I would elect them for president if I could. Whole team was has fantastic vibes.

Placed an order for pick-up. One ice cream cake and 3 6packs of cupcakes. It was a surprise for my husband who went to pick up so he didn't check the order. We got ice cream sandwiches instead of cupcakes so had to drive all the way back to exchange it. Cupcakes were terribly made. Very flat and not swirly and were missing the little pieces on top of it. Instead it was crushed and sprinkled on. Have had it multiple times from the Lake Mary location and it's as perfect as the picture on the website. Disappointing....

Wow, ordered “love it” size and it was so small, I couldn’t believe it… I like to treat myself every once in a while, but this was ridiculous. The price was super high and the ice cream doesn’t taste the same anymore. Plus you only get 1 free add on! So disappointed. $17.00 later and I’m never doing that again!

This is the worst smelling establishment I’ve ever experienced. We walked in so excited for Cold Stone and almost instantly turned around and walked out because we were so grossed out. The employees looked at us confused as we turned to leave as if they must have become nose-blind to the repugnant odour that was this Creamery. I hope this place gets cleaned up but we will not be returning.

Super rich ?

Visited with my family tonight, and the service was incredibly fast—our four ice creams were ready in less than 5 minutes. With three friendly staff members, the service was excellent. They offered a variety of freshly baked cakes, water for sale, and cake accessories. The ice cream and topping selection was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable. Parking was available, but they could improve by providing seating options; we had to leave as there was no place to sit and ended up eating in the car.
