This might be the dirtiest Cold Stone I’ve been in. Although, you walk in and the toxic smell of Fabuloso will blast you in the face. So not only is the floor filthy, tables need to be wiped down and the bathroom is in need of a deep clean, the smell is just too much. I don’t understand why a business would choose to use such a toxic, overbearing cleaner. Please get a decent, safe cleaner and deep clean. Cold Stone generally offers a clean and delicious experience. This is not the case at this location.

Had an amazing time and got some amazing ice cream. Kishan is absolutely the best and would go back again.

Great prices for great portions! (Always a plus, of course) the staff are VERY accommodating about allergies and took it very seriously. Nice and quiet environment.

I love this location, always have a good experience here. Today especially though, they made my day. I've been sick and really wanted some ice cream to help my throat and just have something sweet because it's been a rough week. My boyfriend went to the Winter Park location first since it was closest to his job after he got off work. The girl working there was being petty about my order and messed it up. He then came here and told them what happened. They remade my order right and it may seem like such a small thing but it meant a lot for me. Thank you!

Visited with my family the other night. The staff was really nice and it was clean.

Always go to this location. The service is efficient and staff very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the peanut butter cup perfection.

I always come here , tonight I got melted ice cream literally I don’t know what they did but it was melted and handed to me in a bag . I don’t like to complain so I just left but they must of mushed it a lot idk !! I got the founders and birthday cake remix .

Went in with some friends on a Saturday night- despite it being busy the staff was super attentive. Shawn was fantastic!

I didn't catch their name but the person who served me was absolutely amazing and deserves the world and a raise. They made me a tub of knock off americone dream with fudge pieces and a crumpled waffle bowl and I would elect them for president if I could. Whole team was has fantastic vibes.

Placed an order for pick-up. One ice cream cake and 3 6packs of cupcakes. It was a surprise for my husband who went to pick up so he didn't check the order. We got ice cream sandwiches instead of cupcakes so had to drive all the way back to exchange it. Cupcakes were terribly made. Very flat and not swirly and were missing the little pieces on top of it. Instead it was crushed and sprinkled on. Have had it multiple times from the Lake Mary location and it's as perfect as the picture on the website. Disappointing....
