The price was super high and the ice cream doesn’t taste the same anymore. Plus you only get 1 free add on! So disappointed. $17.00 later and I’m never doing that again!

This is the worst smelling establishment I’ve ever experienced. We walked in so excited for Cold Stone and almost instantly turned around and walked out because we were so grossed out. The employees looked at us confused as we turned to leave as if they must have become nose-blind to the repugnant odour that was this Creamery. I hope this place gets cleaned up but we will not be returning.

Visited with my family tonight, and the service was incredibly fast—our four ice creams were ready in less than 5 minutes. With three friendly staff members, the service was excellent. They offered a variety of freshly baked cakes, water for sale, and cake accessories. The ice cream and topping selection was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable. Parking was available, but they could improve by providing seating options; we had to leave as there was no place to sit and ended up eating in the car.

Got the cake called “A cheesecake named desire.” It’s nice for the most part but whoever decorated this needs to be fired or get more training. There’s supposed to be big dollops of vanilla icing on top with raspberries and the execution of it is not at all like the advertised picture. I understand it wouldn’t look exactly like the advertisement but for nearly 40 dollars for a 6 inch cake it should come as close to what you think you’re paying for.

Maddie’s a rockstar! I came in to pick up an order today and found Maddie by herself with a line to the door absolutely crushing it. Not sure where her help was as she certainly could have used it but she was phenomenal!Management: Do your customers and most importantly the ones who keep the wheels turning every day ( your employees ) a favor and maintain an appropriate amount of staff in store so any backup is avoided. It’s not fair to the wait time for the customers nor the staff to be expected to handle such a situation. Do better! I know you’ve got the money :)

Very bad stay in this ice cream shop, I gave a 20 bill to pay my 8$ ice cream but the cashier gave me back only 2$....The cashier wouldn't admit her mistake and I never got my change back.The manager was not sympathetic, she never wanted to fix things, and even said she didn't have time to deal with the problem.All in all, it's completely outrageous, I strongly advise against it.
the girl with the purple bangs was so helpful and sweet! you could see that she was working really hard and still maintained a positive attitude :) 10/10 experience thanks to her!

Owners should do better, one employee against 20 people they need more employees and the quality of the ice cream was not good. Ice cream melted before I could eat it should check the fridges and had weird flavor to it. I used to go to the Lee Vista store because I used to live there and never had this kind of experience. Really disappointed

Well as you know you can never go wrong with cold stone ice cream! I love coming to this location as it is clean and close to home. Customer service is always great I never had any issues and it's usually empty when we go!

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. After I ate it I exploded and became a shining ethereal beam of floating light. I think my server’s name was Ethan. He was super attractive and good at his job and so very nice and fashionable :) 1000/10 would recommend
