I wish we had one of these over here in the UK! The ice cream is spot on, but makes it great is the DIY of it all where you can pick your base and then ingredients/toppings. A great dessert after a long day in universal!

Absolutely worst customer service ever! All of the workers didn’t smile, they acted as if we were so difficult which was insane because 4 out of 5 of us ordered the same flavor. They huffed at my husband when he asked for lids and a bag as if it was so difficult and ridiculous for him to ask. The cashier was missing one of our orders when we went to pay and when I told her she didn’t say thank you, ever. And when I said thank you she just looked at me angrily and handed me my receipt. Just the worst.

Love over it …don’t go to Orlando Universal area without a stop by here….waffle cone treat with delectable ice cream and toppings galore ….a line to wait in but always worth the wait !

Waited for about 25 minutes, as evening line was around 20 people . Two people behind the ice cream counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to serve patrons as soon as possible. One staff member also added a bit of theatrics with creating and putting the ice cream in its cup. Very talented! My son had lemon ? cake, strawberries ? mixed with French vanilla ice cream. I had rainbow sprinkles and sweet cream ice cream, my daughter had strawberries with strawberry ice cream. All amazing, all delicious. Cashier was also pleasant, with a warm smile. Definitely recommend, was around $23. Not cheap, but in pricey Citywalk, it was worth it✔️

This is a little more than your trip to DQ, your order is made how you want and right in front of you. It's a little pricey, but a very good premium ice cream unlike store bought.

I was surprised by how well the line flowed when we went. It was a hot July evening as the park was closing. The line was out the door 15 people deep, but moved really well. It is not exactly the fasted process for getting ice cream to begin with, but they had it going really well. Yes, there is a bit of a premium price because of the location, but it isn't too crazy. We enjoyed it and would go through that line again.

Delicious ice-cream and friendly staff. Plenty of flavours to choose from and great to see your concoction being made in front of you. Only sorry that I didn't manage a return visit again before I left Orlando.

This was a welcome sight on a very hot day very friendly nd quick service the food was good and fresh could not fault
The ice cream was excellent and have no issues or complaints about the product or who prepped it. The issue we had was when checking out. We buy Universal gift cards so we don't have to carry cash or credit cards. When it came time to check out we were told their gift card machine was broken and couldn't take it. We ended up using some of our cash reserves but came close to putting the ice cream down and walking out. I know, it sounds petty but we don't like spending cash and thought it was weird no other stores we visited that day had issues and something tells me their system is no different than the others.

Do you like to go to cold stone when we’re traveling. I always get the same ice cream all the time the girl made a mistake this time but gave it to us for the right price. The restaurant is fairly clean and the service was pretty good

Super quick to get in and out. The employees are wonderful and love putting on a show while they are preparing the ice cream. My kids love going here when we are on vacation because it is so yummy and entertaining!

Convenient parking nearby. Inside could have been cleaner, like old things needed cleaning or replacing. Many workers kept things going quickly.
