I have been coming here off and on for the past few years. The concept is nice to have different food venues to offer more food options. However, this concept is in dire need of a food runner or receptionist to answer the door and phones. 3.5 out of 5 times, there is a line of people waiting to pick up behind orders while the food staff is preparing food orders. The concept would be efficient if it was staffed to ensure quick food hand offs. When staff members are pulled away from preparing food orders to answer the phone and the door, food orders become behind. Often times, Uber Eats and other pick-up delivery personnel are waiting on their food orders and cutting the line of others because they are under pressure to deliver quickly. Today, my food item was 18 minutes over the estimated wait time. I gave two stars for the concept of multiple food venues and friendly staff (given the unrealistic demands of them being understaffed). This location absolutely brings in enough revenue to be more efficiently staffed. My average wait time over the years is around 13-16 minutes late (from the Bentos venue). Great concept, yet very poorly staffed.

2nd time ordering for here both times have to wait 45 mins when ordered was placed 30 mins ahead . Never again
The Boa spot is utterly disappointing. I use to love their food when it use to be Boa castle but now it’s just bad since it’s moved to this kitchen
I use to eat at Bao Castle until it permanently closed, sad enough and now we have this ghost kitchenThe bread....It is no longer tasteful, it use to be sweet, fluffy and moist, now it is plain white, no flavor and it is beyond dry.The pork belly use to be thick and juicy + with lot of sauce, and now they put a "dab" of sauce "see photos" and it is tasteless as if it is not seasoned. The chicken Bao, the breading on the chicken is coming off super easy as if it was warmed up and not fried right, they are even stingy with that sauce as well. I am never ordering this ever again this was my go to no matter what. I really wish I could get a refund for this low quality food.Do. Not. Order. or you will be disappointed, so sad to see something so good fail so below expectation.
Go elsewhere.... this place used to be good, but lately they are shorthanded and the employees don't seem happy. Worker told me she was alone because other employees had called out. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is gone by next year. A shame because I liked the variety here.
Bruh, it's not even a chicken breast, it's like a giant McNugget. It's not right.
We ordered food from The Bao Spot and the food was ok. I ordered the chicken tender bowl and it only came with 2 (the description said 4 tenders) and had a sweet and sour sauce on it. I would not recommend. The boba was not that good either. The gyoza and fries were good though.
Kinda hard to place orders online, just cause everyone's menu and hours are scattered between several websites. Haven't even gotten to try the food yet
Just grabbed lunch from the new BIG BAO concept there! The crispy bao option was crazy good and it was very quick as well. This will definitely be in my Restaurant rotation

Great food, I've tried all vendors here for pick-up! Brad's and Bento are definitely my favorites!
This place literally exists for delivery drivers to pick up delivery orders, yet the lobby has no seating and no bathroom. Unacceptable.
That chubby lady that works there is really unproffesional 'will never go again to this store- staff is not friendly
Loved Brad’s pizza. Well worth the wait!
