We stayed here for 12 nights with Tui. We had 2 DOUBLE rooms for 5 people. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. Superb location in LBV close-by to Disney and most attractions in Orlando. The staff encountered were all very helpful, polite & friendly. This Hotel is more than adequate if you have a restricted budget. Landscaping & Security are excellent. Rooms facing the CAR PARK experience minimal noise from the Interstate I4 on the opposite side of the Hotel. I do agree that the Hotel is over due for a Refurbishment. We enjoyed our stay but didn't use either the Pool or restaurant, as we were always out at the Theme Parks. Ubers to the Theme Parks were reasonably priced. Lots of restaurants etc. Within easy walking distance 10-15 minutes. SOFRITO LATIN CAFE was lovely.

This is our first time staying at the Rosen Inn, I could not fault anything during our stay. Room may be a little dated but was clean and comfortable, only spending time in it to sleep. An excellent base, with Disney and Universal being close by. In walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best. I would definitely recommend Rosen Inn to larger families looking for a good priced hotel. On site restaurants had a good variety of food at a fair price. I will definitely use this hotel for our next adventure to Disney

Place is ideal location for the Disney parks. 10 euros each way in an Uber. Far cheaper than care hire + parking every day. Didn’t really eat or drink at the hotel as there’s plenty places nearby. The hotel was spotless though! Great value

We had a wonderful stay here, Jessie really went the extra mile for us. Lovely pool area and reception, cosy bar and outdoor seating area. Ideal for families. Free shuttle at scheduled times but fair priced Uber to and from Disney and Universal

Rosen inn lake buena vista was nice, near to the main attractions, good rooms, comfy bed, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the staff is very kind, in special Jill on the buffet area that gave us good advices for our trip and was always really nice, we are coming back for sure, I hope we can see Jill again next year.

Stayed here for 1 week and straight away it want what we were expecting at all. We had arrived extremely late so once we got our key and scoped everything out bare in mind there was still hair on the toilet and everything was dusty we went to dinner at the restaurant they have here, WORST mistake ever first of all crazy expensive for mediocre food, had paper mixed in with the fries and were completely stale. 2 days go past when we come back from being out at Disney to only find chewed chewing gum spat on the bathroom floor by one of the cleaners. And that’s not even the worst part, we were getting ready to spend our final day in magic kingdom and as we were getting ready we had noticed that a pair of Mickey ears we had bought had gone missing. We searched through everything, went through all out stuff etc nothing. The only people who have been in our room apart from is have been the cleaners. Will never be staying here again and would NOT recommend staying here whatsoever and if you do then hide all your stuff.

Fantastic location fantastic staff. Nothing was too much bother. Our server was Jill and she made our morning at every breakfast she was on duty. Free shuttle bus but limited times. We just got either lynx bus or Lyft I'd we needed to go earlier. We tended to eat dinner in the bar area and Hubby enjoyed the happy hour!! Yes the rooms are dated, but they have all you need to make your stay comfortable. Beds comfy, microwave and fridge in room along with a coffee machine. Toaster available in reception should you need to toast anything. We missed a kettle but bought one whilst there. I used the laundry before returning home and for $8 was well worth it!

Me and my wife recently stayed for 14 nights. Our room was a good size. Very clean. Good fecilities. The breakfast we had included was fantastic. A great range of food. Pasties , fruit , warm food and of course the best part of breakfast. The Mickey waffles. The staff are all very friendly. Jill who worked on the floor is a very pleasant and friendly and helpful lady who was nice to chat to. TJ was very polite and helpful to our needs both in the breakfast area and the bar. All in all a very satisfactory place to stay. Just double check the free shuttle times as TUI did not specify them properly.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the always excellent Rosen Inn. Been staying here for the last 10 years and was excellent as ever. Excellent location minutes from Disney Springs, lovely tropical landscaped, slightly older rooms but still clean and contains all you need, cleaned everyday. Great breakfast buffet and lovely to see our old friend Gill. 2 lovely pools, the smaller one is quieter and better for sun in the morning. We stayed in the 4000 block on the top floor non freeway side, at night great view of Disney fireworks. Staff are always friendly and helpful, although some of the security should learn how to say hello back!! Only negative was being charged $56 for an extra hour late checkout, excessive. Apart from that another lovely stay.
Food was good but $17 for burger and tator tots and no drink. I was better off going to the buffet.

My family and I went here sunday around 530pm there was nobody to sit,greet etc finally around 545pm someone came in to say i need about a hour or so set up they also do false advertisement the wesbite as well as the parking permit we received at check in stated happy hour they do not do anything that is happy hour informed them that they should maybe take off the advertisement i got from the bartender a mean stare and he walk way to the bank

Terrible Customer service. My daughter was declare by the doctor that she was not fit to travel. All the bookings we had give us our money back , from this hotel they don't even responded. We just received respond by a automatic system and never come back to me if they would refund me or not. We asked to get a letter from them to give to our travel insurance and they never respond. I would not book with them anymore.
