This grille is located in Islands of Adventure theme park. The service was really slow. It took 30 minutes just to get an alcoholic drink and an appetizer of wings. Our meals took even longer. The staff was kind.

It all started with our server Melanie who quickly took our drink order and made a perfect recommendation. The food was delicable. Chef Jimmy made my perfect appetizer. Of course this was came an orgasmic conclusion with Sticky Short Ribs expertly crafted by Chef Antwan! My new full service go-to while visiting Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resorts.

I used to go to Mythos until I discovered this place and in every visit I confirm that it is the best restaurant in Universal. I was a sad because they discontinued the Penne a la Vodka, but our server Francis with patience and enthusiasm gave me recommendations based on my tastes so I ordered the Moroccan Chicken. Very tasty food. Spicy but awesome. Loved Francis' excellence in customer service and kindness. Confisco food and service is awesome.

Confiscós Grille continues to prove why it’s one of the best spots in Islands of Adventure. Salma, Ciara, Justice, Carlos, and Sam were all incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything at the table was perfect.
Chef Antwan and Chef Jimmy brought amazing energy and care to the culinary side, and you could really see the teamwork between the front and back of house. Emmanuel was also fantastic and helped make the entire visit feel smooth and welcoming.

Our server, Allen was very attentive and very accommodating, since I can’t handle spicy food and my friend didn’t want jasmine rice on her plate. He replaced it with mushrooms and carrots. Also, he came in and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. He also made my birthday extra special by giving us free cookies.
