Great service and I got to eat this for free on the VIP tour with two starters, all entrees for each person as well as dessert! Really big portions and great key lime pie! The pad Thai was excellent and almost exactly like the ones in Thailand and the ribs were so nicely grilled! Really recommend to try!

Antonio is the chef and he personally came out to serve us their very first dish of their new menu item: Quesabirria ! My husband loved it and I also tried it, so delicious. I had the Ahi Tuna Nachos and was also very delicious! Our waiter was also very nice and the whole experience was great !

Chef Antwan was amazing, came out and spoke to us. The Birria Burger and Birria Quesadilla are to die for. As a southern Texas boy I have a very high standard. Passed with flying colors. Also got the nachos paid 54 (without tip). Highly highly recommend this spot

Had chicken lettuce wrap, very good, little bit on sweeter side though, chicken quantity can be increased. Will 100% dine again. Park closes at 7 and they took orders at 6.45 and allowed everyone to have their food.

The food was so good and the atmosphere was really cute. It was a perfect lunch spot. Our waitress Hailey was incredibly funny and amazing. She really made the experience, we came back just for her and that baked chicken sandwich.

Everything we ordered was really bad. The nachos had barely anything on them, the ribs were incredibly tough, and the pad Thai noodles were very gummy and salty. The strawberry cheesecake was dry and had a weird textured jello on top. An awful experience that was part of the VIP experience. Yuck!

On our second day at Universal Island of Adventure, after a tiring half day of walking around and enjoying rides, we were on the hunt for a full-service restaurant for lunch. We decided to visit Confisco Grille, drawn in by its attractive entrance design. Thankfully, we didn't need a reservation and were seated within five minutes of putting our names down.
The interior design of the restaurant is impressive, showcasing an eclectic style with decor that reflects the various Islands in the park. The walls feature a unique mix of paraphernalia that is surprisingly cohesive rather than chaotic, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The main dining area boasts a high ceiling, and horizontal windows above allow ample natural light, while still maintaining a cozy ambiance.
We were seated near the entrance, and our server was incredibly friendly and efficient. After a brief look at the menu, we quickly decided on the chicken lettuce wrap and the brick oven half chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by my chicken—it was moist and flavorful, enhanced by a delightful combination sauce. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lettuce wrap as well.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Confisco Grille. The food and service exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable lunch during our adventure.

The food was really enjoyable for theme park food. Our favorites were the penne al vodka and the Korean rice bowl with pork belly. The pad Thai and bricked over chicken were okay, but not outstanding.
The service was absolutely excellent. Stephanie, Michael and Nanuchka were all extremely kind and prompt with their service and really took care of us. 10/10 for both.
